We have been taking our pup (Thor) here since he was 8 weeks old. Now he’s a year and it’s still his favorite place. The staff are so friendly and helpful and their products are so unique and cute.

Convenient for my dog and I. This time it was not as clean as it used to be. The towel they gave me looked really old and used( several holes) looked more like a rag than a towel. I have always experienced good service here. Staff was friendly but not overly interactive.

First time here and the place is amazing. The store is very clean and staff professional. I used the bath your dog and brought my shampoo and rinse because I use the Furminator brand for my pomeranian. The water pressure was excellent to get all the shampoo out of his double coat and the dryer was strong enough to dry my dog in a short time. I definetlu will go back.

By far my favorite pet store location since I’ve had my husky. Staff is always amazingly kind and helpful when needed and the store is always clean and well stocked. I drive 30 minutes to come here once a week and it’s worth it.

I adopted my first rescue in March, and everyone has been super helpful in helping me find the perfect toys, treats, enrichment, and other products for her. My dog loves getting froyo after her bath at the Dover store as well!

If I was soley raiting on my dog's grooming in February, it would be 4 stars. The appointment booking could have been easier, but I understand they need a lot of info. Fast forward to June 6th when I call to book another grooming. The person said they'd take my name and someone would get back to me. No one did, so I called again on June 13th. Yes I was on the list for call backs, someone would probably call me on June 16th (when that groomer was in.) No one did. I reached out via Instagram messaging on June 18th letting them know all this and asking what I was doing wrong. All I got was "We try to be responsive as possible and will get back to you soon." That was 10 days ago. From now on I'll take my dog to a place that values my business enough to call me back.

Ladies were very nice. Helped me get something for my daschaunds dry skin n itching. Plus some great treats!!!

I love this place. $12 for a self wash and if I decide to buy my own shampoo (they provide great shampoo too) the staff always guides me to the right one to fit my dogs needs. We’ve had Archie groomed there before and it is worth the price. His cut was fantastic and you could tell they bathed him a lot more thoroughly then when we do self wash. It’s great to have the option between the two! Staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the selection of doggie ice cream and other treats. Always fun events going on.

As always, wonderful service with very friendly & helpful people. Not to mention the wonderful cakes & cookies which we travel from Dover DE to get!!

The Girls at the front desk like to talk about customers and should show respect for anyone wanting to buy their over priced toys and food. That’s a form of bullying and exactly how people end up with black eyes. As far as the girl who made a comment about only employees can use the bathroom there and they kept watching her. Really? They don’t like or trust their customers enough, but they will gladly take your money. And they should stop telling people they deliver because they just let your orders sit there till you have to go and get it AND then tell you the person was on the way to pick it up and deliver. Sure they were. I liked the other place much better. To many NOSEY people in one small area at Yard and Bone, & shouldn’t it be called “Bone in Yard?? Never heard of such a strange name for a pet supply.
