Had a good day Chip Johnson helped us to get what we wanted. First time I never have felt pressure to buy. AaronnFinancial person was great to. Drew the manager very helpful. Good prices on the vehicle and good trade value on our other vehicle. Will go back for sure great service.

This dealership over promises and under delivers. If your looking for a Ford go else where. I purchased my 2021 Ford Explorer XLT on 2/12 and today is 3/16. The dealership has had the vehicle longer than I have due to over promising from the initial sell and under delivering with the resolution.nnTake your hard earned money else where.

Hi, I visited this dealership to get a small and simple vacuum leak fixed that only calls for three hours of repair time on my F-150 and was charged for three weeks on labor and over 1,800 dollars in service and soon as I drove on the road my check engine light came back on and when I reached home and used my code reader it still read vacuum leak. Not saying the mechanic didn’t fix the issue, but did not throughly check for fault after hose was replaced.... Being a mechanic for six years I thought I might try letting the dealership work on my vehicle but never again.

I was looking for a car in the Savannah market. I was getting a lot of run around, salesman trying to drastically oversell me things i clearly said i was not in the market for and then disappearing for days/weeks. I reached out to Woody Folson already frustrated and expecting the same. Wow, a complete 360. Quick responses, honesty, and they got me in exactly the package i wanted. If you are on the east side of Georgia, this is the Ford dealer for you. Hats off to this dealer, the staff, and my salesman Joe.

I found exactly what I was looking for. My sales rep, Stephen Fountain, was super excellent. He is very experienced in the business and was entirely focused on my needs. While I had good experience at other dealers, the stars aligned at Woody Folsom. Every staff person I talked with was very helpful. And I love the lifetime warranty.
