Excellent service even with economy wash they took the time to hand brush the entire car and wheels , wiped it dry thoroughly. I was pleased to then see you can use a vacum for free and they provide cleaning supplies and towels for the interior. This will be the only place I will go. Please leave a tip for the hard workers. They deserve it.

Unfortunately the quality of their interior service has gone down quite a bit over the past few years. I was an unlimited club member but decided to cancel and take my vehicle elsewhere. Too often I was finding areas of my vehicle that were not touched. Specifically windows being sprayed, but then not wiped down, tire shine not being applied and just overall lack of attention to detail. Maybe I just have a high expectation from being a car detailer myself for many years, butI have found another establishment that does the job better and with much more of a smile.

I been going here for years Saturday was the first time I have ever had a issue I always go to them with my rental cars they always do great but this time I had to go behind them I called and told them what happened and i could not bring the car back because it was a rental ART told me to come in for a free wash on any car so went yesterday to have my car washed and they denied me my free wash because it was not the rental rental was due back at 10 this happened around 930 Not happy and might not go back they were more worried about getting a smoke break in instead of doing their job Pictures are how they cleaned the rental Redid it myself

Just the best little Carwash west of Dover. It’s worth the trip here to see the amazing inside customer area that contains so many auto antiques and kitschy things. Old gas related artifacts and there’s a statue of Dino the dinosaur too! The car wash prices are reasonable and the workers try very hard to make your car shine. It’s a winning place that’s clean, well stocked and efficient.

This car wash is friendly and welcoming but the only reason it's getting a 2 star rating is that I asked for just a simple wash and they sent me into the car wash machine. When I was done, I stepped out of my car, I look at the wash and it's all stretched up. I'm not sure what caused these scratches but they need to do maintenance on the car wash machine because something is causing scratches. Will recommend to only REQUEST HAND WASH ONLY because the washing machine will just scratch up and brutalize your car. Mind you know that I just got this new car with no scratches in 2021. I will definitely not be returning back again.

Updated review: The service can be hit or miss. Both myself and a family member take our cars here regularly for full service car washes and tire shine will be paid for but forgotten about, need to use the self serve sprays or vacuums after that staff have missed, or shaking the rubber mats still if they have a lot of water left due to carpet being underneath it. The staff is friendly, just wish more attention to detail was made, especially since the prices have rose as well. I usually love getting my car washed here. The young lady at the register is wonderful, however when I pay for my rubber mats cleaned, I don't expect a puddle to build up in the middle so it will sit on top of my carpet in the car. If I return, I will not ask for my rubber mats cleaned since they are soaking wet with dirty puddles on them. Dissatisfied lately with the service, wait, and quality from a vacuum from the number 1 rated car wash in our area. Plus I tip them before I even see my car... I pay for a service, it should be done correctly.

Awesome experience. I'm in Dover, Delaware visiting parents. I usually get my car washed back home in NYC. Ummm...no comparison. The Westside crew I had was courteous, quick, and thourough. I didn't give my 🚗 car the 'once over' until I drove to a local park to do my morning run/workout. Every time I did a lap, my car caught my eye 🌟 gleaming in the sunlight. The inside looked like they had completely replaced it. The charcoal grey mats were once again charcoal grey, and all crevices were crystal clear of 'stuff' 😏! My dog is a long-haired black and white dog Papillon, so my interior can sometimes look like I had a herd of 🐐 goats riding shotgun --- not now! I'll DEFINITELY be back on my next visit to Dover!

Horrible job. Even the vacuum was a mess. I was still picking up rash from the floor. Don’t wast your money. Even my home vacuum does a better job. My interior was half clean. Will never return here.

These guys rock! Super fast! Great price! In their store you can find a little bit of everything!

I always go here for my washes! Nobody does it better! Prices went up like everything else but my car comes out looking great!
