I worked here. The people over here is a great team. Olivia is great as a sales, she used to treat me as a brother. Paula trained me well enough. Justin and Erin are awesome. Nicholas (the boss) always think customer is always right and try to interpret problems of customer from customer's view. It is a really nice ethical place to deal. Lots of blessings.

Purchased a brass faucet, had installed in our new kitchen.. faucet body leaked upon install. Received a replacement which didn’t last 30 days. Refused to give us a refund, and hasn’t responded to emails for over a month. I’d give them zero stars if I could, worst buying experience goes along with even worse customer service

This company is very poor about communication. I believe they outsource their calls which makes things incredibly difficult when speaking with someone with a foreign accent. At this juncture I have an unusable sink with no solution in sight and we think it may be an internal parts issue. Their schemtaic drawings had no description of parts even if we could identify the issue we wouldn’t know which parts to buy locally to fix.

we purchased the utility sink with pedestal (see picture) and it is the best looking fixture ever. The soap dispenser looks great and is so nice to use. The customer service of this team has been incredible. When we had a minor issue everyone of them was responsive and lovely. Shout out to Justin and Paula especially. We are deciding which sink to purchase next for a different bathroom restoration. Thank you to all.

Outstanding customer service! It's one thing to have exceptional customer service when placing an order / shopping (which was my experience) but it's entirely more important to have exceptional customer service when things go wrong. I had an issue with my order, and after reaching out to Watermark Fixtures the issue was resolved *immediately* and to my complete satisfaction. I was very impressed by Watermark's professionalism and accountability. Olivia and Keyur were a pleasure to work with, and I will absolutely do business with this company again.

Great experience! We placed a custom order for a sink and vanity combo for our powder bathroom and the customer service was great. It was easy to work with their team on finalizing the details for the order and selecting all of the parts that we needed. I look forward to updating our post with pictures of the vanity!

They are the most disorganized company I have ever dealt with! First of all I didn't get the fixture I ordered. And now I am dealing with a return nightmare. They did not refund me for the faucet I returned. They have a photo of the drain I returned but not the faucet. Yet I have confirmation from USPS that the faucet was delivered to them. I am still fighting them for my return. I wish I had never ordered from them in the first place! The person I am dealing with for the return is Keyur Thakkar. He acts put out that he has to keep looking into my return. We have 24 emails back and forth and he still hasn't fixed the problem. He's still confused on the order numbers, return numbers, and fixtures orders. Yet, Im not confused. I want my money back for the unopened faucet I returned!

I bought a wall mount sink for my powder room from watermarkfixtures.com. Not only is their customer service responsive and informative, the sink is beautiful and very high quality. I would definitely purchase from them again.

OMG…. Customer service like it use to be!!! Olivia and everyone else at WatermarkFixtures has been amazing!!! If our sink is half as good as this company’s customer service, we will be delighted.
