Very nice lady, told her what i needed and she took care of it fairly quick. Unlocked phone and handed to her so she could take care of everything while i wrangled my kids. Only downside i saw of the store is it is a smaller store and only had one person working so there was a little wait but she was working quickly and was polite to everyone. It was also a saturday so not sure if that plays a factor in how many are scheduled.

Both Candice and Tiffany were superb. They were so helpful and went to great lengths to ensure I was a satisfied customer. The best service I’ve ever experienced in this store.

Came in after my phone wouldn't charge and asked if they did charging port repairs although they didn't offer the service she offered to clean it, although it didn't fix it she pulled a wireless charger put of the box to make sure it would work before she even let me pay for it

I order a new iPhone back in November and left my old one there for them to send back. Today is Jan 27 and they still haven’t sent it back and when I call I get put on hold.

I worked with Tiffany in the Stuttgart store to purchase a jet pack. She was very professional and was extremely helpful in researching different service packages. I will definitely return to this store for future mobile purchases.

Ms.Tiffany was great. I walked in with my broken phone told her I was eligible for an upgrade and that I had to be back to work by 2 if at all possible. It was 1:20. Tiffany was great had it not been for slow internet I would have been back on my job at or before two. I walked out of the Stuttgart location at exactly 2 with a new phone and accessories to go with it..

These girls are the very absolute best! So friendly and helpful! Candice helped me today and was very phenomenal and patient. I’ve been waited on by all of them and they’re all very helpful.

My wife and I came in on Father's Day to pick up a phone and add a line. The poor girl working had about a days training and was left to fend for herself on a holiday. She called her manager Tiffany White several times basically begging for help and was blown off every time. Our experience was bad, but the one star review is for the treatment of the employee by her manager. I couldn't imagine throwing an employee to the wolves like that on a holiday then acting annoyed when she needs help. After sitting in the store for an hour and a half we just had to apologize to the girl in the store for the added stress and anxiety and leave.
