I think the tri-rail side of this station could learn a few thing from the metro-rail side.

Quick connection between tri-rail and metro rail stations. Some escalators are broken. Good security.

Security has really stepped up here and I never see the riff raff hanging out here anymore. There are two good cafes right next to it for food and drink - but don’t use the vending machines they tend to just steal your money. Minus one star for lack of signage letting you know which track is for south or north, but there are audible announcements (sometimes) telling you which track the train in coming in on. I learned from the very professional and friendly security that Mon-Fri after 3pm North trains are on Track 1, but otherwise North is on track 2 or unless otherwise announced. Place is very clean and kudos to the security and Tri rail for improving the station.
