The customer service here is the best! I was waiting in line when a young woman came in needing a replacement collar for a warranty she had purchased. Supposedly, the dog had eaten part of the collar, and the cashier wasn’t exactly sure if this would be covered under the warranty so she called the supervisor. When the supervisor came up, the first words out of his mouth to this young woman or, “is the dog OK”. He then explained that it would be covered and he would replace it, but the fact that he took the moment to make sure her dog was OK, meant a lot to me as a customer.

The store is a bit pricey for some items, but works when the other stores are out of a product. Comparable and better price on bird seed!! Good quality products!!

I would give a zero if I could!!! Over months ago a business partner purchased a trailer for our mower and he was told that they don't ship one trailer. They have to wait for more of them to be purchased so they can ship more than one. OK!!!! So my husband and the business partner that purchased the trailer went in to the Milford location (where the trailer was purchased) to see if the other stores had the trailer we purchased to get to from another store. Yes they do but they will not get the trailer down here. We have to go there to get it. WHAT?!!!! REALLY what kind of company would say this and mind you the trailer was thousands of dollars. We are very unhappy and at this point I believe my husband and business partner is going to just get a refund!!! 🤷♀️😡

Thank you Chuck and Richard you are absolutely the BEST. My Clydesdale absolutely LOVES his Standlee Premium Hay from TSC in Milford. Chuck and Richard went above and beyond to make sure that Thunder has all the Standlee products that he needs and wants, especially the premium compressed Timothy and alfalfa hay.
