Nothing fancy but a good value for the money. Safe area. Good laundry room. Bathhouse adequate. Great WiFi, newly put in place. Owners communicate well and want to continue improving the park. Next effort needs to be on leveling and cleaning up the individual sites. Then on to improving the roads .... too many bumps and holes.

It a full hookup park for doing things in Toccoa, GA. We were seeing John Berry in concert at the Historic Ritz Theater and a group was participating in a girls softball tournament. The worst problem we had at the RV park was connecting water hose: too close to ground in hole surrounded by cement and a strong septic tank smell. May need it pumped.

Our stay at Toccoa RV Park was miserable. The park is not as advertised and the amenities have been a complete let down. The following reasons have pushed us to leave the campground, nineteen days early, before our initial departure date. We originally came to management with some of these initial issues and unfortunately we were met with excuses over solutions. The following problems can not be ignored or excused by us anymore: Upon arrival roads of the grounds are uneven and unmanaged. Making it difficult to maneuver rig onto site. The neighbors truck and grill were on our site leaving us confused to whether the site was correct according to the email that was sent prior for our reservations. We found the bathrooms to be unkept and overall disgusting to use. We understand that more long term campers have their rvs parked here but we have been met with people staring rudely and helping themselves to walking through our campground giving the campground more of a “trailer park” vibe rather than a campground. On top of that we have seen pets, both cats and dogs left off of a leash and coming into our campground despite of a so-called leash rule amongst the campground. Animals will come and beg for food when we try to grill or use our outdoor kitchen. Myself and son are allergic to cat specifically. Trash lines the path of the walking trail. The washing machine stopped working and clothes were left in a puddle inside the machine although 3 dollars, followed by 2 more dollars of quarters were paid into the machine, leaving us to wash the clothing by hand and leave them to dry on the line since clothes in both dryers were left by another resident all day and evening. The water nozzles are almost impossible to connect to. Finally the internet has not been working for us for almost three days. If password was changed then it was not notified to us. In lieu of this campground not falling into what was advertised we would request a refund for the amount of nights that we will not be paying for due to inadequate environment of the grounds and amenities.

I really love this campground. It is clean and affordable and has really great people around. It's a great place to stay long term and Mrs. Faye is the nicest owner. Very close to some amazing sites, local waterfalls and a few minutes from a boat and kayak launch.

My husband and I were here for several days to visit with family. The park is quiet, clean and close to town. Excellent price

Quiet, peaceful, no frills campground with great rates and awesome owner. Ms. Faye was super nice, super helpful, and lives on property making it easy to get in touch when needed. Park has 30 & 50 amp sites with full hookups for water and sewer. Bath house has a men and women's side with laundry facility in the middle and two shower stalls in each with hot water that lasted entire shower and then some. They do have free WiFi, but was not working during our stay and scheduled for repair the day we left. Beautiful property that used to be a working farm ran by Ms. Faye and her late husband that was perfect for giving the dogs an adventure. Lots of wildlife smells kept the pups excited, and since the trails were also the old farm roads it was easy enough to keep us humans in tow! They have very reasonable daily, weekly, and monthly rates, and not totally certain, but my guess is that most campers were long term or full time RVrs. Nevertheless, everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. A great example being that we arrived after dark and within 5-10min had two guys come over and help us level out and hook up the camper. One of them even brought over spaghetti after we got set up so we wouldn't have to cook. They don't take credit or debit cards so make sure to plan on getting cash or writing a check before you get there. But town is only about 5min away with banks, Wal-Mart, gas stations, resturaunts, and anything else you may need. There's also instructions on how to pay/register it you arrive after hours. Could the park use some updating?...yes. have I seen parks better kept and more tidy?....yes. would I go back here again?...yes. I'm usually a bit more tough on rating criteria, but Toccoa RV Park gets 4 stars from me because of the owner, Ms. Faye, being so nice, accommodating, and readily available, as well as for the lasting hot showers, and peace and quiet with nobody looking down their nose, creating drama, peeking out blinds trying to size up the new guy, or otherwise bothering us. So If you're looking for a resort type park with scheduled activities, game room, spit shined facilities, and all the ooh la la's and bells and whistles of the modern day camping vacation destination, then do yourself & everyone else a favor and book elsewhere. But if you want a quiet, no fuss kind of campground with full hookups, Wi-Fi, good rates, close to town, and people leave you alone unless you need their help, then this campground is perfect. Hope this review helps in making your campground selection and wish you well on your journey! Thanks again to Ms. Faye, Brian, and Daniel for making our trip extra special...you rock!

We love it here! Faye is wonderful, the long term residents are friendly and helpful with info. Beware though if you want to go out for a night with your spouse there are NO BARS/TAVERNS for almost an hour in any direction. There’s every store you could ever think of, 4 auto parts stores, Walmart Home Depot harbor freight but no bars lol. There are shower houses here, Nothing fancy and a lil chilly but gets the job done. Bring toliet paper with you to bathrooms, some times they’re out. Also washer and dryer on sight as well. Spots are a bit tight in the third row at the park but really I can’t complain. I love it here. If it were just a bit warmer we’d stay here all winter long. It’s a great place. Send me any questions u have and I’d be willing to help anyway I can.
