I always try to support local business and my resent experience with Taylor & Messick is a good reason why. I bought my x300 mover from the 8 years ago. After 189 hours the motor start running bad. I assumed a fuel problem and set to repairing it. To no aval. Took it in for service for a problem beyond my skill level. To everyone's surprise it turned out to be an internal engine issue. At this point I have a service bill and a dead mower in need of an engine. While they could not fix my mower, they did the best they could to make it right from a dealer and brand prospective. They made me a trade in offer that, I could not turned down. In my opinion, this would not have been offered at other local dealers. While my purchase of an x series lawn mower in not much in the grand scheme of things, their customer service has earned them a repeat customer with a big mouth. I will be sending anyone that ask to them.

Had a fabulous purchase experience working with Taylor & Messick when buying my new John Deere 3039R. Working with Jimmy Jr. was always an enjoyable experience. Jimmy was a great help in figuring out the details on what attachments to get and what was the best fit for me and my particular homestead. I also appreciated Jimmy's honesty and integrity in the sales process - he wasn't just looking for a quick sale of unnecessary upgrades or options. The deal I got on my trade-in and new tractor were outstanding, and I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor & Messick to anyone in the area who might be looking for a new John Deere.

Great place! Hubby bought our riding mower there and just picked up the tuneup kit for it. Definetly better models than your big box stores. Service and knowledge is top notch. Definetly would recommend.

Was given a date for how long service was going to be and when it wasn't even looked at by that date I manned up and just picked up the machine to take somewhere else and that would have been the end. However the smartasses thought it would be funny to full around and unhook things on the machine. Little do they know I'm a mechanic. To be continued.....
