THEY'RE SLOW!!!! I arrived about 15 mins after placing my mobile order, yet, I still sat in drive-thru for minutes, only to be told to move to the parking lot and they would bring my food out. This is ridiculous! It will be a long time before I return to this location again. (Harrington,Delaware) Also, I asked for 2 hot sauce and 2 mild sauces. I received over 30 packets combined. Some filled my breakfast box, and I was handed a bag of sauces as well. I don't know if they were trying to be funny or actually giving me a ridiculous amount of sauces. This restaurant needs to do better.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on Sunday at 7pm. Young man at the register was very polite and efficent. Food was served fast. One negative was the fact that in a empty restaurant, not one table was clean.

This is hands down not only the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, but the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I live here so everytime I think okay how can they screw up this simple order again and give them another chance. And EVERY time they disappoint with the same thing, a totally incorrect, usually incomplete order. Maybe I’m being naive here but everything on the screen is always correct so do you guys only hire folks that can’t read? Every Taco Bell I’ve ever been to has had its problems but this is absolutely insane. Do better. Worst location ever.

So,let's get this straight. It was truck drivers who brought the building materials to build this Taco Bell and a truck driver that brings the food there to keep people working there to also earn a paycheck, yet they won't serve or let a passing truck driver in the dining room after hours or walk up to the drive-thru window for take out to eat?!?!?!?!
NOT COOL AT ALL............ Really messed up to treat a passing trucker that way who only wanted to get something to eat. Definitely gonna put this foul on blast!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the dining room area and the restroom, not a table clean, floors were dirty but seems like both management team members could chat it up while we ate at a dirty table, I said something when I left to one of the managers and she apologized...but come on, get it together, will not return. Disappointed customer.

We ordered ,a variety box of tacos but this time the tacos were mostly empty but for lettuce and nothing else. Time for you to have some quality contro...we were so disappointed again by your careless service.

Good food, your typical taco bell, just a better inside and setup. Did take a really long time for our online ordered food to be given to us but they kinda looked busy.

Absolute trash. The Harrington location puts about 1/4 of the meat in the tacos and burritos. There's two times more lettuce than actual meat. This location is just garbage. Employees are garbage, food is garbage and the place is just filthy. Spend your money elsewhere.

Best taco bell in Kent county the state of Delaware food is always good and never wait 30 + minutes for tacos like every other taco bell and very clean
