I went in to get the chain of my necklace repaired. They quoted me a great price over the phone (much cheaper than what they quoted me at the mall) and the customer service was amazing. It was only a minor fix and took no more than five minutes, and they kindly said the repair was on them. They fixed my favorite necklace and made my day! I will certainty be returning in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Sweetwater Jewelers, an Eastside Gainesville Hidden Gem. The young man did an amazing job of repairing a vintage gold-filled bangle bracelet by soldering a safety chain on it, tightening up the clasp and the hinge while working with me within my modest budget. Amazing selections of rings, necklaces and they treat the pieces I have had for years with care. It's nice to get batteries changed, clasps repaired and maybe find a new peice all in one go. Thank you Michelle!

Michelle and the young man who work there are so kind and knowledgeable. They took special time to look for a certain clasp That I wanted to use to replace the current one on my necklace. Michelle even bought some of the extra gold I had to help with the cost. Short story shorter, the necklace was done early. This is THE place to go for anything jewelry related !!
