STARGATE PIZZA

This is a cute little family spot off the highway, nothing will really grab your attention here, but the pizza is fresh and hot. I noticed the parking lot was full, yet no-one is inside, must be the employees cars. Enough seating for 2-3 families buts that it.

I have been a resident of Greenwood for 7 years. Stargate was one of the first place my wife and I ate and it was so convenient as they delivered. Never had a problem until yesterday. After a long day My family ordered a Pizza and tender meal at 5 in the evening and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. An hour went by and no food. Called back and was told the food was in route. 30 minutes go by and still no food. Called back again at 15 till 7. This time I was told by the same woman that the original order was put in as a pick up instead of delivery. She lied and said they tried to call 4 times to advise me. She said the food was being packed now and out for delivery. I cancelled the order and told them I would never be back again. Ordered from Andys pizza just down the road from the road from Stargate. They food was ready in 15 minutes. I will NEVER go to Stargate again.

Pizza and subs are great. But the seafood basket was awful and for the price it was an insult and took 2 stars from this review.

New owners and they are already buying low quality ingredients! Couldn’t even make a real Cesar salad, croutons were stale, they don’t use grated parm it was the shake on kind they gave me all end of the hard lettuce pieces and had an egg in there! This is not the same restaurant it use to be! Food was disgusting!

Don’t even deserve one star. Order wrong completely. Ordered 2 turkey clubs with lettuce and bacon with mayonnaise. Got green ham rotten lettuce no fries or chips. 3 sandwich was supposed to be crispy chicken wrap with lettuce and cheddar cheese. Got green cheese slices and rotten lettuce. When I called to tell them the condition of our dinner they refused to remake it or give us a refund. Told me I could eat it or throw it in the trash. Then refused to answer the phone. Then theatened to call police if I didn’t leave.

Just got a chicken parm sub...was far from impressed! It sucks that the only reason we order from them is because they deliver. No one else does in the area. 😖

Bought two pizzas last night and a kids fish meal with fries and my wife and daughter now have food poisoning won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Love the place has good variety and taste is great plus very affordable
