Best place. They treated my kitten so so nice and my kitten got spayed and everything was good, the price is super good and they gave me free medicine for my cat. BEST SERVICE!!

This entire adoption process has been horrible. We started out at the mall and found a few cats we would be interested in (the mall staff is wonderful and we thought very helpful). We were informed we could fill out a paper application and that it would then be taken to the shelter and processed in 4-7 days for a response. After a week with no word from the shelter we contacted them and questioned the application status. What we were told is they see our paper application and it’s near the top, please allow a few more days. It has now been two weeks since we put in our application with no response. We contacted the shelter again only to learn that paper applications are not entered into the system and that no one has reviewed it. On top of that we were informed we had to fill the application online only and put it in for a specific cat, without even getting the chance to meet the cat prior to the application being reviewed and processed. Absolutely horrible service, if you are looking to adopt an animal I would not recommend going to this shelter nor the store at the mall. We will be looking elsewhere for someone with a more mainstream process who can throughly explain their entire process. So disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have always had a positive experience with them. We adopted our family cat from here. I got my dog put down and cremated. I got my other dog neutered and microchipped. Every single staff member with whom I have had interaction seems to be compassionate and to genuinely care about the animals and about customer service.

We come to donate biscuits occasionally and last time we were in, we saw volunteers sitting in fenced enclosures and reading books to dogs, cats and even chinchillas! I have never seen anything like this. Makes my heart melt that people do care...nGood for them!

Arrive early. Cars back up onto a main Street awaiting animal services. Staff was nice, but I was happy the weather was good. They process EVERYTHING at your car. Come with enough gas and patience. Our vaccine appointment went quick, but we were in the car, on a too narrow road, for an hour.
