Beautiful, wet kept lots. Quiet with nice neighbors. Responsive management. We love it here. Only downside is the road but it does keep the cars slow so that’s a plus !

Been here 4+ years for the most part quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are nice and unobtrusive and really no problems to speak of. I would give it 5 stars except for the road too many potholes. Most of the residents seem to be longer term at least the ones closest to us. All in all if anyone asked I would be fine telling them to locate here even if they have small children. No wild parties, seems quiet and safe

Though my wife and I were unable to stay at Shope due to change in plans, dealing with manager Mark Titshaw was an absolute pleasure. He went out of his way to accommodate our 43 ft 5th wheel as well as our arrival schedule. We truly appreciated his kindness and efforts and are certain our stay at Shope would have been have enjoyable.

In my honest opinion Mark titshaw is an unjust and unfair person , he charges diff rates per person and then tries to go up, his maintenance man messes up people's property and claims no responsibility even if the people have been there over a period of time , he will also deny that the maintenance man does not work for him so he can get out of claims and take from people..... Needless to say I advise people if y'all want a decent place try Baker and Glover off hwy 129.

Worst management ive ever experienced, maintenance man hooked our rv up to 220v burnt our converter, fridge, microwave, stereo, a/c! Would never ever recomend any one go there!
