Very poor service tonight - Order x4 baked ziti and when it arrived there was no red sauce to go with the pasta....called the restaurant & all I got told was 'Sorry its watery'... I hung up, don't go to this location, the workers are NOT making the food correctly! **My food vs the picture according to Sbarro... Absolutely tasted disgusting!

Ordered on Doordash. Doesn't have the option for half one way. Doesn't have the option to order ham as a topping.

I’ve gotten A Stromboli here twice and both times they have contained literal raw dough. Also everytime I get pizza here I feel sick afterwards. No problems with the workers though, so that gives it a star

My wife and I drove from Milford to Dover mall to get pizza there as it used to be good. But we were treated poorly the girl said we don't have any cheese pizza so I looked at other items and it all looked old and dried out. This other lady said to me her child would not eat it. The place was in disorder and not clean. We gave our Pizza to our cats. They better get this fixed as people are going elsewhere to eat. We wont be back for a long time.

Went for lunch today. Out Christmas shopping. Two workers were very rude, no more like obnoxious. We ordered thick crust and they did not have one ready to go. Thirty minutes later I asked to speak with the manager. Much to my surprise the one mouthy off to me was the manager. They did give us the pizza free but with an attitude. Oh yeah and the manager, who was making the pizzas did not wear gloves when she was making the pizzas. Beware. They will be reported. I wish I could give less than one star, but the pizza was good.

The pizza looks good. There is never a line which is never a good sign. I took s chance and tried to order some pizza. Went for the 2 NY slices for 8.99 deal(comes with drink). They were out of bottled water. They never made Iced Tea today and when I said "ok, I'll take the house lemonade " they told me there is an upcharge. I did not continue with the order and I politely excused myself.

This Sbarro is sub par compared to other Sbarro’s in the state. Only a couple of weeks ago I was in Wilmington and had pizza at Sbarro’s there and he food was much better and when we received our food it was hot. The food at this Dover location is served warm, and even the noodles for the baked ziti didn’t seem like it was fully cooked. Overall it’s not bad but don’t come with high hopes.

All the workers are awesome and the food is delicious. Their GM sucks though and I refuse to eat there when she's working. I work in the mall and come here almost everyday for food when she's not here
