I loved the office staff, my clients, and the weekly pay! Everyone was supportive, kind, and explained everything

This company is good if you're looking for caregivers for your loved ones. This company is bad if you're looking for employment. Yes, management is nice but manipulative, at times. Pay gets messed up every single week. Keep track of your pay. They've owed me money since Oct., for covid testing. Keep all messages. Screenshoot schedule from the app. Sometimes things change without notice. I love that this company is very flexible & easy. Just keep track of your pay. Still having issues with my pay. Raises are never despite inflation. Go somewhere else.

I have been working for right at home for a little over 6 months now. People say time flies when you are having fun. This is what I’ve experienced. It doesn’t seem like 6 months, because I’ve had such an enjoyable time helping others with this company. Going to work is something I look forward to.

RAH is the best nursing agency to work with our coordinators are very caring we are a team that will go above in beyond in making sure our clients are getting the best care especially during this pandemic its a business but also we are like family to them when there family members cant go visit it gives us pleasure to see them smile i love the coordinators there we can call on them 24 /7 to answer questions about our clients we are in this together we are all the front line some of our coordinators has gone through some very sad situations themselves but managed to keep going in stayed professionally putting our clients first some are very sick hospice care. Ms. Parkinson Dementia strokes so many others sickness in we are there to make them comfortable as possible Right AT HOME IS THE BEST

I am the daughter of a client. Right at Home caregivers were wonderful with my mother. They came into our lives during a really stressful time and continued great care until ultimately my mom passed away earlier this month. Several of these ladies spent countless hours with my mom and ultimately us( her children). They became like family and several of them attended her viewing and funeral, still offering comfort. I’m currently working with the new office manager, Kate, to resolve some long term care reimbursement issues. I’m sure the management will resolve this issue timely so that I can return with another review and the full 5 stars.

I know my mom works here and loves the work, especially compared to other nursing facilities she works at. They offer a lot of great services from nursing, to companionship, to even just transport. Everyone is so friendly and they always have the best expectations for their workers, I hear compliments about both my mom and other workers whenever I come to visit some of the paitents.

A fantastic place to work! The staff and the administrative staff genuinely care about every client and work hard to accommodate requests. If I'd known how great it is to work here, I would have come to work here a long time ago.
