Red Wing - Dover, DE

After less then 3 months and called and was told no warranty. Spent almost 400 dollars on them cause there the American made ones. Probably going back to Keen boots cause they would of warranty it

Great service to fit my new boots. Hannah was very helpful and listened to my concerns and put time and effort into making sure I got the right boots. My last Red Wing boots gave me a lot of good service and I'm sure these will as well.

Red Wing Shoes provides excellent service after the sale. I bring my Red Wing Boots in every year and they inspect them, install new laces and install new Boot Cream or Boot Oil. I have had the boots for almost 10 years and they look like the day I purchased them. Brian took care of me and did an excellent job.

I want to thank Kevin for all of the time he spent with my father trying to find him a boot to boost his stability. My dad is elderly and extremely hard of hearing. Kevin was very knowledgeable about what would help my dad. He located extra wide boots at another store for us to ensure that my dad had the best fit possible. He was kind, patient, and respectful with my father and I appreciated that so much. That is not always the way that our elderly are treated. I can tell by my dad’s gait that he is feeling more confident in his balance and stability. Red Wing is lucky to have you!

Great customer service. The girls went over and above to find the size shoe we needed. Manager was very helpful. Purchased a pair of work boots for my dad and he loves them.

Customer service was top notch. The supply/options were drastically low. Prefer a shoe that can be customized for my needs unfortunately this just isn't a store for that.

I bought a pair of Red Wings today and my experience was fantastic. The 2 girls went above and beyond to help me and we're super friendly to myself and my daughter. I am more than happy with the boots I bought and the service from the store. I will be bringing my business there for now on.

The boots I bought are fantastic. The service at the time of the sale was great as well. However I just took my boots in to have them “cleaned” and oiled and there are very clearly still big spots of dirt stuck on them that they oiled over. Great product, but I’m pretty disappoint that they’d offer cleanings and then follow through so poorly.

AMAZING!!! I got slippers here and the girl who helped me, Hannah, was fantastic!! So helpful, found the best fit for me and ordered my exact size!! Completely lovely experience!!!

The customer service at this store is lacking to say the least. Last year I had a bad experience where an associate told me that I could just buy the same shoes online as if he didn't even want the sale. I brushed it off as that associate having a bad day. Unfortunately I just had another similar experience today 2/5/21. I went in to purchase stock# 1221 and was informed that this store didn't have any available. Instead of telling me if or when the shoes would be available, I was pretty much rushed out of the store even though there was no one else to serve, and two available associates. I called the Newark store and found that they have the style I was looking for and even in my size. I'll just take the trip there instead of attempting to patronize the Dover store in the future.
