hotel employee is an amazing employee. And you feel like you¿ve known her forever.

The room was fine. Location is not good, as there isn't anything to eat within walking distance. The hotel is starting to show its age. The shower head in my room was nearly unusable because of mineral deposits. There was no place to hang anything because the rack had been removed or pulled from the wall. Breakfast is fine. There's plenty of place to sit.

Service Was AMAZING We arrived and were surprisingly greated with a smile, very friendly and plainly wonderful front desk person. I wish I could remember her name, but she was native Indian. One of the best customer service I have received. I was excited to meet someone so professional. She made us feel as she had known us for an eternity. Free breakfast Pool available ROOM My beef is that the room was not well cleaned. And can use some TLC. Dust hanging from the ceiling sprinkler. The toilet needed a nice scrub. See pictures. The wall had a lot of dust. The door had a lot of rust. All of the above items are simple to take care of. Just need a maintenance supervisor to review the rooms after it's been cleaned to ensure its been well cleaned. Need to fix the bathtub spout, it was very loose. It did have a little refrigerator and microwave. Great for extended stays. SUMMARY All in all, it's a great place. Just need some good old fashioned attention to details. We stayed May 31 to June 3 during that stay the the toilet had pee stains all over it the white sheets had black makes on then when we checked in , when down stairs and informed the yound man that was working and he gave me a bottle with bleach to use to clean it because housekeeping was not available i think we stayed in room 208 I know its right next to room 207 the door was hard to close and made so much noise u have to push it was your body to close the door. The reason for both stays is because we wanted the kids to finish the last 2 weeks of school before me move out of state. The next stay was June 6-10 , when we checked in room 207 the bed had white stains all over it I went to the front desk to let them know, i was told housekeeping is not available but she can give me a change of sheet absolutely thing was done no apology from management the next day nothing. And to top if off check my credit card today June 11, I see that they charged me for a missing pillow $20 these people are disgusting and I know they did that because I called Choice Hotel and informed the situation I took pics upon entering the room of that I saw on the bed . AND I WILL BE POSTING THEM

Dirty nasty rooms. Two hairs on top of toilet seat on arrival. Wall over AC falling apart. flip lock on door broken - must have had to break into the room for some reason previously as it was clearly ripped off the door frame. Weird smell in room. - and I called three hours after our departure about two new shirts left on a hanger in the room (my own hanger) - they of course could not find them. Never again would I stay here.

Flies are out of control. This place offers breakfast but flies are on the ceiling when you go in the dining area. Even in the rooms not as bad but bad enough. The room was clean and comfortable otherwise. Paid for a jacuzzi room but it didn't seem to have any power in the jets. Probably not gonna come back

Rooms are rundown. Furniture is worn n torn. There was something sticky on floor next to window. Rust on doorway into bathroom. There was a hole in wall and one hole in ceiling around Springer. Pool floor was not clean hot tub was not working. The glass from that had a gym was now a storage room. No gym. Needs TLC Needs

The rooms was fine the location is kind of away from the town but a quick drive and ur there. I was a vendor for the fair and we had came in a day early and need a room they had one and worked just fine.

When you arrive you can really see first hand the lengths the staff go through for everyone to have a great experience. The last minute decisions / multiple phones ringing at once, the chaos is matched with talent & heart. Thanks everyone!
