I needed my motorcycle luggage unlocked and it was late in the afternoon. I went to the shop unannounced and the crew was out on a call. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning but said I could return if they could get me in. 10 minutes after I got home they gave me a call and said if I could get there in 20 minutes they could take care of. And they did. Great customer service!

I would give zero stars if it let me but it wont. Pro-Lock & Safe came out to get my brother back in his vehicle and they broke his door handle. We called to inform them that their technician broke the handle. Someone was supposed to get back in touch with us and never did. So my brother called back to follow up and now its "oh we don't know how it happened" and Jake hung up on my brother. I think as a professional business its very rude to hang up on your customers and not to follow up then to say there's no way your technician did that with out finding out what happened is ridiculous I will never recommend this company to anyone for any services.

WARNING.. BEWARE.. unprofessional install, cheap LOCK, UNPROFESSIONAL service, installed a lock on our Church DOUBLE DOOR.. installer kept the parts and said they didn't fit the door. Left a wooden hole .. $385.00. Never finished the job correctly. BEWARE

Spent over $2;000 with this company on products. had to reschedule 5 times to come out. sold us bad DVR gave us a newer one installed it never showed us now to use it and when we call up to ask for help wants to charge us a $85 fee. I guess valued customers get no break. Wouldn't use there service again.

Called because I locked my keys in my car, and they said they don't do automotive? I'm confused, because people are giving good ratings because the locks are opened in less then 30 min. WOW... I'm really confused! I give them 0 stars....

Excellent service, had deadbolts and new locks installed on all entrance doors. Made in the USA locks too! Highly recommend, very reasonable prices and fees. Don't "DYI" this job, get it done professionally by Pro Lock and Safe.
