Place is nice landlord is tentative to most needs. Quiet most times. Not much trafic. There is blind hill if entering from the opposite side of the road.

Fantastic on-site management.quiet and very low crime rate.If it's broke they fix it..couldn't ask for anymore in a low priced mobile home and Rv community..Tenants are screened prior to their acceptance as tenants..

Enjoyed having the Grinch entertain and my grandson loved him. Thank you tall fella! Beautifully done by the grinch! Had the Grinch role played well. Very realistic! Need to keep him!
