I highly recommend Paula’s Place for Cakes if you are looking for beautifully decorated and delicious cakes. I have been doing business with Paula for many years and she has never disappointed me. Just recently she made this cake for my grandmother’s 90th birthday it was just as I expected and the talk of the party, I’m just mad I didn’t order two. LOL.

Paula from Paula’s Place for Cakes did a two tier cake and 7 dozen cupcakes for my wedding. It turned out beautiful. My cake table was definitely a vocal point of the reception. They also tasted great!!! They were moist and full of flavor! Covid reduced my guest list from 100 down below 50 with no notice and yet I still had no left over cupcakes and only approximately 5 slices of cake left! Everyone loves it. They couldn’t get enough. Thanks again, Paula! Couldn’t be happier!

A few weeks ago I was searching for a local minority baker. I selected Paula's because it met all of my criteria. The cake was for my wife's birthday party. After viewing the possibilities I selected a chocolate layer cake decorated with purple frosting with flowers. The cake was beautiful, great tasting and moist. I don't think I could have made a better choice.
It was so good I was right there again for another cake. No special reason. Just because. I've already made my mind up. Because of the pleasent interaction , the great quality products and close location this is the spot I'll always use

Was looking to support a small business and find a tastier than store bought cake for our daughters 4th bday. I contacted Paula for a custom girls toy story cake and she did not disappoint! & it was delicious! Highly recommend! Will be contacting her soon for my sons bday !

Paula's cakes are nothing short of amazing!! My family has enjoyed Paula's cakes for years and they are by far the best tasting cakes around!!
Update 3/19/22: I originally posted a 5/5 review 2 years ago and I am back to write another. Paula recently made the cake (see pic) for my daughters 6th birthday. I showed Paula a picture is she replicated it 100%. Paula is meticulous in her art work and the cakes are beyond delicious. Go, run, get a Paula’s cake.

Paula makes the most delicious and beautiful cakes!!! My family has been ordering her cakes for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations for well over a decade. Each one is so tasty with its rich, flavorful frosting and decadent cake. She makes beautiful and realistic designs on cakes and adds lots of colorful details- all to your specifications. Someday when I get married I want Paula to make my wedding cake!

Paula has done most of my birthday cakes growing up, and even did my wedding cake, first baby shower cake, and all of my kid's birthday cakes every year. They are always a hit with everyone, and we're proud to say she's our number one pick for cakes year round! Paula's is the place to go for your cake needs. My family has gotten cakes from Paula's for special events over the years (birthday's and weddings) and have never been disappointed. Once we tried and used someone else and soon recognized the quality of the product was definitely not the same standard as Paula's. We haven't made that mistake again. :) So, once again a family milestone birthday is upon us and we're ordering again. Don't hesitate... you won't be disappointed. I should have written this review years ago. :)

I have been a customer for at least 10 years or more, and I refuse to order cakes for any event from anywhere else but Paula's Place for Cakes! Her professionalism and eye for detail is top notch. When I wanted a cake done in my daughter's unusually favorite color, Ms. Paula brought out the container of ribbons, and there it was! She was able to provide the exact color match. If you need a cake during peak season, I advise you to make your requrest early because she is busy because her cakes are so beautiful and delicious!
