I wish I could say I had a good experience here. But I didn't. I got ignored the whole time I was waiting and ended up going to a different store in the mall(where they helped me right away). It might not have been so bad if it was busy but it wasn't. The sales people where talking amongst themselves and if you tried to get there attention they would look the other way.

I never shopping in this Store, my first time it was a very surprise, everyone was so helpful and the shoes l was looking for my son they were out of stock and the cashier offer me to order for him and they when over for every detail to satisfied my son requires.
Thank you!.. on this time is hard to find people who care about customers!

I stood in the middle of the cosmetics department for 15 minutes and watched sales associates walk right by me. I asked for assistance, got ignored. Watched one sales associate carry on an entire personal conversation while intentionally side eyeing me. After 15 minutes, one person bothered to finally walk over and ask if I needed assistance. I ended up going to Sephora where I was greeted right away and helped with my purchase. I will never come to this Nordstrom’s again.

Whenever i go shopping in here i find it very pleasant, most of the time i find some good deal or something ive been looking for.
First level has shoes, men clothes and beauty, second floor os kids and women.

Nordstrom is one of my favorite department stores. Our family has shopped at this department store for years. In fact, we are so elated to be able to shop Tax free in Delaware, opposed to Towson Center.

Don't get to the mall very often But nordstrom seems to have everything you could ask for if you're looking for clothing or shoes or a nice Cologne very nice people behind the counters very friendly attentive.
