Joe thank you the tricycle you built for me a shuddering fool, it was great except the 02 long and tall hills a man pushed me up only took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get home. Took out in the sun to food shop Ed. Lynn

Great shop! Brought in my bicycle for a quick front/rear derailleur adjustment. I was honestly expecting to have my bike back the following week; however, Joe was awesome enough to get it back to me the same day right before the weekend! The prices are very reasonable too. I will be sure to refer people & I will be back for future maintenance.

I discovered NBS through Google and chose service based on the many positive reviews. My bike went in needing a few issues, they were corrected and now the bike is so much more enjoyable to ride. Fast, professional service at NBS! I am very pleased with the service and end result.

These guys are very honest. He took a look at my kid’s bikes and helped me understand the issues they had. Turns out they were not in need of repair and he charged nothing. Such traits of business are rare today. Highly recommended.

I brought a family bike in for a tune up to help me get back into riding. Joe is incredibly easy to work with and had my bike back within hours (and it feels like a brand new bike). It was one of the best (and easiest) customer service experiences I have ever had, anywhere. Great shop and I look forward to coming back.

I had two broken spokes replaced on one bike and had two other bikes tuned up earlier this spring and am very pleased with Joe's service and quality. Detailed prices and services are posted online so you can better decide what you want done. Although he repairs both autos and bikes, his passion is for bikes and it shows. Conveniently located across from Lowes in Newark.

I was looking for a smaller bike repair shop and I came across Newark Bike Shop. I needed some simple tire repairs or replacement of them. The owner was very nice and took care of it within 20 minutes. I will definitely recommend to friends and will be back!

Went to see if he could order the right wheel for my bike and solve my problem with an adapter that fit perfectly on my front wheel! Super clean and neat shop! thank you again! Awesome customer service.

Took a weathered bike in for tune up ... didn't want to buy a new one ... Joe said there was no need and he'd have me up and riding the next day ... I asked if I should get the Groupon offer for the service and Joe said it wasn't necessary and gave me the Groupon price ... went back to pick up the bike and brought along my new trunk style bike rack ... Joe showed me how (put it on for me) to attach it to my car ... found out that the bike side of his business is basically a hobby and that the car side is what pays the bills ... not only will I be taking my bike business to Joe, but also my car service needs as well!!! And I'll be telling everyone I know about this "mom n pop" establishment!!
