I called for them to come this morning. They said they would be here at 1130AM, it is now 2:30PM, I have been sitting out here waiting to have a key cut for my car! I have called several times, I called one time and he said the tech would be on his way and would be there at 1:30PM. They just returned a call and said they'll be here at 3PM... This is just ridiculous. Not a way to do business.
However the technician was very on point when he came out which is why I gave it 2 stars. HE is the one that earned those 2 stars for the company..... not the person who answers phones that you can barely understand their English.

I couldn’t of been happier with the service I was provided! Shelton was so much help, he even jumped my car off for me because the battery was dead. He worked quick and got us out of the heat! Thanks Shelton!

Shelton and His team are freaking amazing! They had a new key made for our 2015 International Prostar in less than 15 minutes from when he got there. The whole process couldn't have been smoother! I will absolutely call them again if the need arrises!

Service was great.

Michael showed up sooooo quickly! He was professional and friendly! He even won over my grumpy old dog with blueberry and bacon treats. Hahaha. I would highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend!!! Shelton was our locksmith and he went above and beyond! He was very friendly, advised me on the best solution for my lock problems and even cut me a new set of keys when I lost the original set he gave me. Customer for life!

I waited for 5 days for them to show up. I called twice a day. Every time I was told “the supervisor will call you soon” or “the truck broke down” or “we don’t have you on the schedule today”. They never showed up nor ultimately called me back on day 5. Don’t waste your time.
