Meek's The Builders Choice - Mountain Home

Shopping for (4) treated 6 x 6 posts for our cabin porch, but we didn't like the looks of the material available at the big box stores. We thought we'd try Meek's in Mountain Home, since they claim to be "the builders choice". Their 6 x 6 treated posts did look a little better than the ones we had seen at the other places, but the price was also substantially higher. We thought we'd be getting a better quality product and good customer service, so we decided to buy from Meek's anyway. 6 months later, one of the four 6 x 6 posts has developed a 2" bow in it. The other 3 are still relatively plumb. These posts are not under much load at all, since the porch roof is a lean-to and only spans about 5' total. They were all sealed and stained. It's obviously defective material. When we went in to discuss our options with the Meek's staff, we were told that's "just what happens with treated wood". We were hoping they might offer to sell us a replacement post at their cost, or at least at a discount. They offered us nothing. They didn't seem to want to stand behind their product at all. We were very disappointed with their attitude, and their customer service.
