Cafe was clean and modern. Looked like it was recently remodeled, or a newer Cafe. We used the order kiosk and our food was brought to are table. The server was nice. Food was good. The restaurant is located right off Dupont Hwy and easily accessible. Outside is nice and clean as well. Nice country scenery all around.

I’ve ate here about 1,000 times and about 973 times they’ve forgotten a part of the order. But hey, the other 13 times I got food and drinks that I didn’t even pay for. The workers are usually friendly and I’ve actually had some sincere laughs with staff about orders “gone wrong” lol. I once asked for a double cheeseburger, plain, with only ketchup and received nothing but a top bun with ketchup, wrapped and ready to go. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. Let’s just say, you better check that bag before you roll out.

Ordered a 6 piece happy meal extra fries and chocolate milk only got one fries and a sour milk wanted a single burger ketchup only ended up getting a happy meal with no fries and another sour milk also got a deluxe crispy chicken with just sandwich no fries. Bad costumer services. 🤬 need to get it together

Waited quite a while for my meal. On the bright side, the quarter pounder was hot and well made. Fries were cold and the sweet tea not very good.

Can I give 0 stars??? I live close by so I stop every so often. Time after time something is always wrong. BUT the managers always give a credit! Today wasn’t that way. I asked for a plain cheeseburger (for my dogs last day) and when I received it was full with everything. I went BACK through drive thru because it was empty. And the next burger they give me has pickles Only HAMBURGER.. I just drove away disgusted because I even explained to the girl that it was for my dog as I pointed at him. Really done with this McDonald’s. I wish they would rehire new employees!

We stopped at McDonald's in Harrington, Delaware tonight, and my wife ordered a smoothie. When the employee passed the smoothie through the window, my wife jokingly commented that she was being cheated out of some of the product. The cup was 3/4 filled. The young man apologized and went to add more product to the cup. Apparently, he was intercepted by someone in the business. He returned with the same cup and said that this was the correct amount of product. I want to commend the young man for trying to do the right thing. Apparently, someone else in management thought he was not, and sent him back with the same unfilled cup. Some folks don't need to be managers or supervisors. I won't be visiting this location anytime soon. We took pictures, and may send them to the owner of the business. I also sent my concern to the owner of the restaurant. Neither the restaurant, nor the owners have responded to me. Apparently, customer concerns aren't important to them. It makes you wonder, what other areas of the business is not receiving the required attention. What ever happened to customer service?

It’s been really good service lately the fries have been perfectly salted and fresh and all the burgers have been good but a year ago this McDonald’s had terrible service and everything would always be cold glad they could fix their game would recommend

I ride from work 10 mins fast as I can before you close at 12am and you yell out the window at 1150 as I'm pulling in "we closed!!" Then I sit at the screen in drive thru with no answer . Watched a older man try for a second and left. If you close at 12 that's when you should close. Real greezy place.

The two older ig manger an assistant manager the one wit the bald egdes an the other one who wear the dumb wigs are really ignorant they whisper to each other n to the young employees about customers smh maybe if they wasn't so busy tryna talk about ppl to make them selfs feel good they could get my burgers off the grill an they wouldn't be BURNT .
