VERY friendly employees. I didn't even realize a lady I was talking too about "simple dresses" worked there. She was very down to earth and so sweet!
So definitely 5 stars for JUST customer service.
Stores also very clean and well stocked.

I have always had a good experience when I shop at this store. They have low prices and they are always friendly. They need a bigger selection in their women's section (1x -3x).

Steve/Steven was too aggressive with promoting a credit card I didn’t even want. I now have to go ahead and cancel since I didn’t even want it in the first place. thanks👍🏽

Staff is really nice. They have a lot of checkout counters but only 2 are active always leading to a long line. Store could be organized a bit better. Restrooms are clean. Products are always at suprising prices. Sometimes you can really get lucky with savings. And sometimes it’s the same product again and again

This used to be such a great store! But now, it's like it's about to go out of business or something. Maybe bc of covid or not, but other Marshall's are not like this one. And the employees don't even know they don't have stuff missing off their shelves either, and that's embarrassing. Bc when I asked if they had any slippers, an employee told me they were on the back wall. When I got to the back wall there were no slippers anywhere. It was just an overall bad experience at one of my favorite stores and sadly to say I won't be returning to that location for a WHILE

Love this place. My favorite place to shop. Friendly, helpful staff. Always lots to browse and I seldom leave the store without a purchase I love at a price I love more.

I always like Marshall's, but lately you can't find any good quality merchandise. This Marshall's barely had any shoes or handbags.

Great parking but does not have a great selection of mens shoes. Great sale prices, easy to find what you need, cashier/customer safety. Overall clean.

Me and my mom went here on Mother's day, and we were followed throughout the entire store. So, if you are a person of color, stay clear. Racial profiling is not okay! This person made me and my mom feel like we didn't belong there. Just overall terrible experience.

A mix of name brand apparel and large variety if household items! It really runs the gamut here. Staff is helpful and prompt checkout generally. Prices are reasonable but many items are leftovers or sometimes contain mfg. Errors. So you might not ever see the same thing sold there twice. If you are in the mood for a hunt, head on over. It's a recommend. 👍
