My husband I love the store!!
We bought our John Deere tractor and all our lawn equipment at Lusby Hardware. We also buy our paint, and any nails, screws, ect. The staff are always so friendly, and helpful. Definitely a five star business.

Lusby motor company is a great small business run by good people. When you walk in, there's always a friendly greeting and people happy to help. The staff knows not only exactly what you're looking for, but exactly where it is and whether they have it. Don't go to a big box store if they have it here (and just so you know: they probably do).

The hardware store that has a little bit of everything! If you can't find at your local hardware store, or big box retailer, I bet you Lusby Motor Co. has it. Please don't let the name fool you. This place is loaded with John Deer, to Stihl to everyday tools, paint and hardware for the Pro's and DIY types.

We were in desperate need of a mower and Lusby's made it easy. After a short phone call, a demo was delivered in a day. He took the time to teach us how to use it and was polite as could be.
When a decision was made to keep the mower, they made it simple for us to pay over the phone.
They will be our "GO TO" guys in the future.

My husband called Cindy at parts counter, had to leave a message. After several hours I called and she sarcastically told me my husband had already called and she was so busy and didn't have time to call him back. I asked her for 3 sets of deck bearings and she said I guess you don't have the serial number and now must look it up. I had the serial number, told her I needed 3 sets. After picking the order up and coming home we discovered there were only 3 pieces, not 6. She is sarcastic and down right rude at times. We have been customers for over 60 years and didn't appreciate putting up with her nastiness. This isn't the first time she was so unprofessional!

Customer service is always top notch there. Purchased a zero turn mower that was the same price as a big box store. They delivered within 3 hours and provide me great instruction on use and maintenance.
