Luigi's Pizza

Call for a delivery and was told they only do delivery orders on line was going to call a different place but glad I didn’t. The on line order was easy, they text you about delivery times, delivery was fast and the pizza was hot. Now to the pizza, I am born and raised in N Y C, retired to Delaware and had trouble finding good pizza until now, the pizza is very good, good crust, had the veggies very good selection of vegetables, good experience all around. Took a long time for boneless wings and fried mushrooms, both overcooked like rocks with way too much batter also. Didn’t finish them. Had to crack open the mushrooms like walnuts to get at them We ordered chicken parm dinner and a meatball parm hero to go and waited even longer. The chicken had more breading batter than chicken and was swimming in oil. The meatball hero had about seven perfectly rounded Swedish like meatballs that tasted just like they came from Sam’s or similar. It was wrapped in wax paper and deli paper so when opened up ten minutes later? All the cheese was stuck to the paper. Place was dirty. Wife said the bathroom was filthy. The young guy went in and out of the register and right back to handling food after the money. I will say the gentleman that seemed to be the owner was pleasant and maybe to busy to watch everything. At over $50 the wait, the food definitely, and dirty environment won’t be bringing us back anytime soon. We just moved here from out of state and I’m betting the business response will be to go back where we came from. I’ve seen their responses to other bad reviews and it’s usually excuses and no apologies.

Luigi's has delicious food! Burgers, pizza, cheese steaks, cold subs Italian dishes. Friendly service and great prices!!

This is the first time that my husband and I have ordered from this establishment and it might just be the last, I'm one for good customer service and strongly believe everyone should be treated with respect just called in and placed a order and the gentleman who answered the phone was very rude and has terrible customers service skills which to me says a lot about your business being a clerk for the postal service ive dealt with all types of people and still maintained a level of professionalism which he did not I will update my review once the food arrives hoping that somewhat makes up for the unneeded attitude. Ok update the food arrived very quickly which is a plus, in addition the delivery girl was very friendly the food was ok wasn't bad so instead of a 1 star as rated earlier I'll give it a 3 just because of how fast it came and her demeanor but the person who takes the orders should be more mindful of he communicates with the customers. And yes I'm certain I have the right place I would upload a copy of my receipt but I'm unable to it's the order placed for Plum drive earlier this afternoon.

Some of the best pizza I have ever had and it was made pretty quickly. Staff is also very nice.

There are a lot of good pizza places in the area. We've tried quite a few. This is our favorite so far. Their dough is so good. They have a greatmenu and topping choices for their pizza. (Our favorite is to order the veggie pizza and change the sauce to alfredo!) The service is good, and while it's not really a sit down restaurant, they have such cure "Mario and Luigi" art drawn on the walls.

Luigi's Pizza, has it down with pasta,meatballs, garlic knott buttery rolls, and stromboli the best in this area hands down! No need to check out another place. Topped of by service with kindness.

Pizza was acceptable but not great, interior and staff were a little run down

Really turned off by how dirty vs how high the prices are. Loads of places in the area that make better food at a better price.
