These young men were very professional. The previous person, who "fixed" my gun safe lock twice....never fixed it. It was not locking and it broke twice ...these young men came and stayed til the job was done. Fair price, on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable.....would recommend them to any one and stand behind the job they did for us

Technician was able to get me back into my safe in a very timely manner. Showed me options of being able to upgrade my security on my safe that was very affordable and modern. The technician was being very cautious of COVID-19, and was wearing his mask as well as of a pair of gloves, and disinfected after he was finished.

Made an appointment with a nice employee, who was more than able to discuss all the different options regarding changing all the locks in my house. This included different kinds of locks available, as well as multiple key options. For the appointment, they were punctual and well-mannered. Nicholas runs great business! I was referred to his business by a friend and I'm happy I gave them a call. They did a great job changing my locks and helping me adjust to the new locks! Will be doing business with this company again.
