The food used to be great at this location. I'm not sure why it went downhill so fast, but it's gotten bad and the employees can't be blamed for some of it. They can only do so much with what they're given.
1. The speaker for the drive-thru has been "broken" for at least a year. You have to order at the window which can take awhile depending on how many people are in Line.
2. Sometimes you can't order in app and at that point they don't answer the phone either.
3. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's perfect! Other times it's overcooked and dry or there's a minimal amount of cheese and/or meat.
4. Now this is my biggest gripe. Little Caesar's has the BEST breadsticks! My order on August 26th was too hard to bite into and thin like Flatbread. Thinking maybe they just sat in the warmer too long, I drove back and nicely asked if I could get a bag that was edible.... got home and they were exactly like the first bag except I could sort of chew through half of one. We threw them out. My order today, September 20th, we got "flatsticks" again but they were soft enough to eat. My husband and 3 kids refused to try them. I don't know if it's an issue of bad yeast or maybe being undercooked, but the bread is NOT rising.
5. Many times I don't get a receipt with my order to be able to show it if there is an issue. Today was one of those days.

Beyond horrible customer service. No such thing as hot and ready here. They’ll make sure they take your money then tell you to pull somewhere in the parking lot and wait. Sometimes they’ll bring it out, others after waiting for an extended time you go in And it’s been sitting on the counter.. that is when their door isn’t locked.
This place is just a disgrace. either the owner needs to straighten these people out or corporate needs to shutter it.
Best of all was the misspelled sign saying “they are temporary closed”. While the worker sat outside and visited with I assume their significant other, while people were in line. Only way you’d see it, is a piece of loose leaf paper scribbled with a note.

For the passed 2 weeks, it takes 5 minutes for someone to come to the window. Never has anything ready and if they do, its burnt. Finally someone came to the front to take my order smelling nothing but the weed, got home and the pizza was 80% burnt.

We love eating here. The pizza is ALWAYS fresh and the customer service is spot on. Good job! Inside of the store needs to be cleaned better but its probably because youre too busy making life changing pizzas.

I like cookie dough. But NOT bread dough. I WROTE down the order. The ONLY thing right was the pep pizza. We ordered with specific details. Did they even look at them NO. Staff were nice but didn't fix ANYTHIG.

We've eaten at a LOT of Little Caesar' across the country and this may have been the best one we've ever hit. Fresh, hot, made to order and actually very tasty. Staff was very friendly as well. No complaints at all.

This place needs some help. I'm not sure if a big storm knocked out some of its equipment or what. But the drive through speaker was out, they couldn't take split payments in their system, and they were so understaffed that they had zero hot n' ready pizzas available. The staff is doing the best they can, and management needs to step it up and offer their employees support so that their employees can better serve their customers. Very disappointed with the experience I had there, and it wasn't the fault of the employees. They were apologetic and worked as fast as they could to get us our pizza. It seems to me that it is a very poorly managed Little Caesars. I won't be going here again.

We actually just left out of this Little Caesar’s not too long ago. Let me tell you we walked in my boyfriend and myself and the WAVE of heat hit us in the face. I felt so so bad for the workers I thought they would have been in a bad mood, and I would have understood, but once the guy had gotten to us he had the absolute best attitude, super happy to greet us, had such an amazing attitude. If you’re reading this, we got the best of the best pizza and breadsticks. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Y’all need to open those doors before you guys have a heat stroke i am so sorry you guys work in those conditions.

It's fastfood even if you have to wait, which is usually 15 min. It hits the spot on the way home from a long day. Grandkids beg for it. $6 hot and ready pepperoni.

Super rude! Last time I come in to this location! Told me I had a 6min wait. 15 min later. No food. Did nothing but joke and cut up in the back.
