Little Caesars Pizza

Last night was my worst experience at a Little Ceasars this summer. I had been to both Georgetown and Milford locations over the past few months and thought G-town was superior to Milford. However, now that I have no connection to G-town, it's not feasible to drive that far for pizza. So I've been ok with Milford location for the most part. Unfortunately, last night they botched everything. I got a text stating they couldn't put my order in the pizza portal(?), so I would have to ask a cashier for it. They were pretty packed in their little area with 3-4 other people waiting, so it would've been nice to just grab and go. But then they couldn't find my order and had to ask me to show them my email confirmation. All of that would've been forgiven if the pizza itself was good. It wasn't good. It was the worst I've ever had from LC. It was cold (since it wasn't in the hot pizza portal), crust was overcooked, and there was barely any sauce or cheese. Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon to this location. Please take a lesson from the Georgetown location and learn how to cook a pizza correctly.

Unable to satisfy customer needs. Refused to make what I wanted because they were close to closing but still had plenty of time to make my pizza. Instead they pushed of a already made pizza sitting in the warmer which wasn't even that warm.

I ordered a pizza online for there early to see if it ready the staff told me I had to wait the store wasn't busy I don't see the reason why they couldn't make it for me then I'll never go to this store again

I can't rate any other Little Caesars but Milfords' happens to be the best, especially when feeding picky minons! Normally, I wait for an extraordinary experience or horrendous experience to post a review. Today I had the greatest experience! The order was excellent as always, and available on the promised time...which of course is something we all look forward to in the age of multitasking. It was the customer experience which was the deciding factor! As I called to place my order, the staff(Mr. Larry) made my weekend. He hands down set the tone and brightened up my sour mood. It actually felt as if I was going to visit friends. When I arrived you can tell his demeanor, friendliness is contagious. It's that personal touch which makes the difference and this Little Caesars top notch. Many merchants are missing this or stopping their staff from this and it reflects negatively. Mr.Larry, thank you! You really made a great impression and it has reflected very positively for Little Caesars, please don't change!!!! And, yes the food was perfect

If I could give negative stars, I would. Called in an order for "TWO STUFFED CRUST PIZZA, ONE WITH PEPPERONI AND ONE JUST CHEESE". I get there and the order is wrong. Girl asks who took my order and a female from the backs says it was her and proceeds to tell me what I ordered....I repeated back what I ordered and she got ignorant and indignant. Then she kept telling the cashier she knows what I ordered and that she will come up front to deal with me in a minute. I had to remind her that sound traveled and let her know that the call was recorded on my end and she can forget the order, and left. Other customers couldn't believe how she acted either. My kids preferred the fresh Papa John's, I do believe.

Great service. Workers are kind and hospitable. Food is tasty.

Cashier didn't get my order correct due to hollering orders to the back while asking for mine. This was after I tried to order online, but the website said I "took too long to complete" each time I attempted. Just wanted 2 thin-crust extra-most peps. Still 3 stars because the pizza is great for the price, and the in-store pick-up box is convenient when it works.

This store has pretty amazing workers and they are very polite

Just left. Worst location i have ever been to. First time as well. Waited nearly 25 minutes as other orders were being given out after me. 2 pizzas and 2 orders of crazy bread. I had enough finally and asked for my money back. Never going there again. Was not a complicated order. So much for hot and ready more like never ready.
