This a really professional and well staffed salon. Nails, pedicures, and brows are their specialty. Their work is as good as any I've seen and they are adhering to the COVID-19 safety guidelines. This place is first rate!

I had a manicure and pedicure. The person who did my pedicure was nice and would talk to me. The person who did my manicure was efficient, but interacted very little with me. This conversations were with the other personnel.

Went in around 5:30, they close at 6 and didn’t get out until 7:00. First of all, I had a new guy that was very young and didn’t know at all how to use the tools. He used the sides of a file (where there is no file material) and also left dents into my real nail from not properly using the electric filer. My nails were rugged and not even after he “shaped” them. Very upset with this place. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to remove gel polish. Will not be coming back. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their business

I was visiting family in town due to a wedding we were to attend and a girlfriend and I stopped in to get our nails done for the wedding. Though they were very quick to get us seated, they were also very quick about getting us out the door. I understand that if they were busy that this would have been understandable in its own way, but the lady that did my nails was unbelievably rude not just to me but all paying customers in the salon. She would shout at me telling me to switch hands in the gel activator and continually kept questioning me on the color that I chose. I confirmed multiple times that it was the color that I wanted and she just snarled at me and told me she didn't like it. Then once she was finished with my gel application, I was admiring the color and noticed that the top coat was applied to not just my nail, but all around my cuticles, as well as on the sides of my nails on my skin. She saw me doing this and raised her eyebrows and said "It's fine. That's $20 dollars". As for my best friend that was in the salon getting a gel polish as well, she was tossed around from 4 different people in the 15 minutes that we were there. They informed her that the initial color that she had originally chosen was not the right color for her, and that she needed to pick a new color. Also, her nails just as mine were painted not only on the nail, but all over our skin and cuticles. To say the least we will not be returning to this salon, and will be going to Modern Nails like we should have in the first place. Also, our gel started to buckle and peel off within the first 24 hours.. What a waste of time and money.

They are not too friendly.... and it will take time for your service to get done but they do a good job. They wax eyebrows too.

They are very RUDE! ESPECIALLY THE GUY that's in there. I have been 3 times. Twice for myself & I refuse 2 go back. The lady that is @ the desk always have a attitude, the guy told me 2 go somewhere else cuz I told him he is being very RUDE.....WE PAY OUR MONEY FOR THE SERVICE & WE HAVE A CHOICE WERE WE WANT 2 GO & IF U WANT FRIENDLY & COURTESY . THIS PLACE ISNT IT....!!!!

I got a full set yesterday, and they look like I’ve had them for a week already. Didn’t bring the paint all the way down my nail. Didn’t even glue the tip all the way done to my nail. So I figure these are barely gonna last a week.

Horrible nail salon. Rude people. Dont know how to apply gel polish. Dont stand behind their work. You can get a much better manicure / pedicure for the same price or less elsewhere. Dont waste your time or money. The rude woman who owns the place should not assume everyone is trying to RIP her off. By doing so she's ripping her customers (or the unfortunate unfamiliar walkin) off.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. They are pathetic and they over price and don’t even do a good job. My nails had all type of humps in it.
