Bought two dozen of donuts from this store today in Milledgeville 30 minutes ago and when I got home no glaze at all on the donuts. The donuts look old as if they were made during opening of the store. Will go back to Macon for now on and get fresh donuts. Going to the trash can asap!!! I lost money but I consider it as a donation for you all to get better bakers!!!

I've only ever had to wait for glazed donuts because the staff is always friendly and they weren't quite ready that morning. Apart than that, I've never had a problem with this place. And I don't mind waiting a few minutes for freshly baked glazed donuts. They frequently offer promotions where you can get a second dozen for less money or for free, which is good for groups or to take to work. This has been done for us a couple times by my job.

The best doughnut shop is right here, wow. Without Krispy Kreme donuts, I'm not sure what I would do. Naturally, I had to wait for the hot sign to turn on after placing my order for the various dozen, so I added another dozen of the glazed variety. Yummy

Oh my goodness, this is the nicest doughnut shop. Without Krispy Kreme donuts, I don't know what I'd do. Of course, I had to get my mixed dozen after seeing the hot indicator turn on, so I added another dozen of the glazed variety. Yummy

Drove to town to get donuts. What are typically good doughnuts were stale when I returned home to eat one. I threw away 2 that were bitten off of and returned the remaining 4 the next morning which I normally wouldn’t do. I explained the situation and they were exchanged for what I assumed was the 6 I purchased. When I opened the box there were only 4. I spoke to Haley, the manager, and she said that was all they would do and had no interest in replacing all 6. First of all they shouldn’t have sold visibly stale doughnuts and second of all they should work on there management team. Poor service and attention!

Delicious donuts, especially when the hot light is on! Staff were sweet and helpful. Hey, turn off the Open sign at 11:00 p.m. though. We came by around 11:15 p.m. on Friday and the Open sign was still turned on. I was SO excited to get a late night donut but then SO sad to discover y'all were closed that I had to go eat a Klondike Bar instead.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts, but this store is sad. They leave their Hot Now sign on, even when their donuts aren’t fresh.
The first and last time I picked up donuts from this location the frosted donuts are VERY messy and looked incredibly carelessly prepared. They also don’t advertise that specialty donuts are not included in their 2 dozen deal.
I wish I liked this location more, since I end up in Milledgeville once or twice a week. And this is one of the closest locations to me.

Omg this place is the best donut shop. Idk what I'd do without Krispy Kreme donuts. Of course when I got there and ordered my assorted dozen I had to see the hot sign come on so I added another dozen glazed. Yummy
