Kohl's Dover is always a positive experience for me, both in-store and online. It all starts with the arrival of 30+% Off Coupons, Kohl's Rewards, Kohl's Cash; and news of good Discounts/Sales. With the terrible inflation of 9.1% I have had to stop spending money, and start using a thrifty, purposeful budget. Kohl's is my go-to place with decent bottomline prices; satisfactory product options; and pleasant personnel from the front door to customer service to amazon to the cashier. I can't forget to give a thumbs-up for the convenient and easy-to-use Kohl's online shopping option. Thank you Kohl's Dover!

The Kohl's in Middletown was very dirty. I actually took pics of the dirt on the floor of the woman's dressing room! The one in DE was total opposite!

Actually had shoes I liked and bought... First time in for years... Checkout was quick and easy... As usual, saved a bunch of money...

All of the nice business casual clothes are gone. Everything I loved about Kohl's has vanished. Can you please bring back the business casual clothes. Or even just clothes that aren't from the 90s or for the gym

I wish I could give this 5 stars but I'm afraid that Kohl's is not what it used to be. The children's departments are severely lacking in selection and size and the store overall is not my go to anymore. I'm also disappointed that if I forget to ask for my senior discount on certain days, it is not offered to me.

The store is ok. My problem with them is that the large size clothing isn't as fashionable as the smaller sizes. I'm a plus size woman and I would like to have my clothes to be in the large sizes as it is in the smaller sizes.

The return dept has an older lady with black hair, bad attitude, She made me wait while she had a conversation with a customer who did not have her information for a pick up. But she went above & beyond with her. My Recent transactions clearly shows on kohls charge and she said it was not! I had to go in my app to prove it and she questioned when was she getting a break, (maybe forever break) she needs another job! Unnecessary hassle and POOR SERVICE! Going to corportae...

Purchased online multiple times. Have had difficulty with different parts of that process every time. However, I have made returns to Store #161 in Dover, DE and EVERY SINGLE TIME, Alicia and Crystal have been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. My returns were better experiences than shopping at the website in the first place - without a doubt. I’ve always gotten full refunds and fast, reliable, no-hassle customer service. Great job, Ladies !!! (The online experience would get a rating of 1/5)
