I'm unsure if every Jersey Mike's is the same way, but these guys are amazing. Whoever manages this place, Jersey Mike's can't afford to lose them. You're sure to be greeted with a smile; each staff member is happy to help and hard at work. The store is always clean, food is great, fresh and fast. I didn't know they cut all the meats fresh to order, but man, it fresh and good. Definitely beats out Capriottis, subway and any other sub shop around. It's rare to find a place ran like these guys anymore.

I try to order online to beat the lunch rush, most of the time I am still waiting for my food. They rarely put my name on the subs and what the subs are. They need a different system for online pick ups. Update.... Had to change my rating today. I was greeted as soon as I came in and asked if I was picking up the order. The order was done on time and had names on the sub and they didn't forget to add the extra meat. Hope they keep up with the good work.

Place is clean, and employees are nice and courteous. Subs have always been fresh and made to the T. Even online ordering has been awesome. Can walk right in and get your food and be on your way. So much better than Subway, ill keep coming back.

The food is always good, but the staff is always overwhelmed. It appears as if they are trying to have an assembly line style setup. The only problem is they are very disorganized causing them to take order after order. The result is you order an sandwich and 6 people after you get their order first. This is not just a one off incident it is every time you go there.

We love the service and the sandwiches! We've lived here a bit over 3 years, moved from SC, where our Jersey Mike's experience was not good and we were hesitant to try here. So we just started going to this one in Dover and what a difference! So glad we can count on these subs, thanks!

Did an online order, came at the specified time, was told 'they're still working on it". It was busy so I waited, rush died down (about 15 minutes), went to the counter, order wasn't up there. Nobody is making subs, guy is cleaning the grill. I went back to the guy cleaning the grill because one of my sandwiches was a cheese steak and asked him, he found the bag up on top of some kind of warmer (cold stuff was in the bag, too). Lukewarm soggy food, incompetent people, lots of other choices besides Jersey Mike's.

My first time there in Del. It was clean and the staff were courteous and had very good customer service. I ordered 2 subs which were good and made as I ordered them. I wouldn't put any left overs in fridge some not so appetizing happens to the bread couldn't eat the next day, never had that problem with other sub rolls from other places.

Normally I LOVE Jersey Mike's subs. Today we went in to the Dover Delaware location for sandwiches. They told us their card machine wasn't working and they would only accept EXACT change, and would not take a check. We only had semi large bills, (tens and twenties), no singles or coin. Disappointed, we had to leave hungry. It should have been easy enough for one of the staff to make a trip to a bank to get change versus turning customers away on a weekday.

That was the first time I've ever been to one of these places we went there before the race in Dover the service was excellent and I forgot to take a picture of the sub my goodness what is sub well worth the money excellent excellent excellent

What a poorly run business this is. Ordered online, 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup they still haven't started on the order. 5 people behind the counter and only 1 young woman looks like she knows what they are doing.
