My wife recently brought several dresses for our children to the shop, we wanted to stay local. So instead of calling and letting us now that there was the potential of a dress being ruined, they decided to skip that and ruined an expensive dress. And when we called to address the situation...well lets just say they seem inept and un willing to rectify the sitaution. Would preder to rate a zero, but have to give a 1. Poor communication, kinda shady if you ask me, and very untrust worthy. And apparently customer service is not a term they are familiar with. Message us for recommendations for a much better dry cleaners. They can do nothing to earn our business back. PS...it takes very bad service to write a bad review, as I was in car service. And J & J probably doesn't care about this review.
