Howard Bishop is a splendid school to go for middle school. The teachers support you all the way and prepare you for high school.

In the magnet program especially the learning is of the highest quality for middle schools. There is free lunch for students who cant afford it. The security makes all students feel safe. My only issue is with the environment and how some of the adults treat the students and how students treat other students. The dress code rules are incredibly inconsistent. Just a few minor changes would make this school definitively the best in the county. But, there is no doubt that the magnet program has some of the best teachers I've ever had that treat me and my fellow classmates with respect and prepare them for the near future of highschool and adulthood.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The front office lady is rude, the guidance counselor NEVER reached out about summer school, and the algebra teacher NEVER even talked to my child about their grades. Also the spanish teacher is an absolute B word. the only good teachers are the 8th grade advanced science, history and language art teachers.
