It's ok. A little far out for me. A friend of mine lives there. He has not been feeling well. So. Just popped in to check on him. He likes it there.guess that all that matters. Met the male part of the office. He was cool

By far the best out of the 3 long term RV parks I stayed at in Hot Springs. Waaaay better management than Timbercrest or Lake Hamilton RV. Definitely where I want to stay if I come back thanks guys

Absolutely beautiful park in Hot springs. No showers just want to say that here and now no shower facilities. If you can get into this highly sought after park, do it. The water access to the little stream behind the park is phenomenal. I would tell you the best spot number, but I'm going to keep that to myself. Close to hot springs, actually kind of right in the middle of hot springs so cellular service is awesome. I would definitely recommend this park. sites are a little close together, so I guess that might be a little bit of a negative, but it makes you know your neighbors.best time to get there is Sunday through Wednesday around 10:00 a.m. in the morning people have to be out by noon so if you get there around 10:00 a.m. you can claim your spot by putting something in the spot to claim it. The official check-in is noon. It's automated so you have to pay with the credit card. The stream is great Crystal clear and shallow. This time of the year it is not deep enough for a kayak, I have no clue about any other time of the year, but definitely October no kayaking is going to be happening in this little stream.

Long term spaces here are affordable, the grounds are clean, the community of campers, like the management are friendly, helpful....I'm enjoying my stay and that you to everyone in this community for helping me get grounded in The Hot Springs RV park.

This is an RV park that has a drug rehab right in front of it for a reason. If you want to know what type of people manager the park i.m me and I'll show you the type of texts that have been saved. Grade school stuff would not recommend it at all. While we were there my children found uncapped needles and when we told the manager about it she made it sound like it was common.

No (functional) bathrooms. For $37 a night I expect at least a bathroom!

So from the reviews I see this place to potentially be a meth/drug hang out. If you reserve and have to cancel. They won't refund. Pretty lowsey business policy.

This is the place you want to go if you are looking for very reasonable rates (daily, weekly or monthly) without sacrificing safety or security. You'll have trees, woods, and peace and quiet, as well as SPACE. No packing rvs in like sardines! The people who run it are wonderful, and after several bad experiences at other rv parks in town, my kids and are so thankful we found this place. The only drawback is no laundry or pool, and the bathrooms/showers are not working right now. But there is a laundromat just a few miles away, and if you have your own bathroom/shower in your rv then its fine. For the price it is well worth it!!

The couple who manage the park are good Christian Folks, handling the daily chores while their young children are at school, located on Hwy 70, the lawns are very well kept, it gives you the feeling of being home. Family Friendly right down to the Very Best homemade shaved ice flavors!! If you are looking for a Ma and Pa restful stay without all the normal tourist, noise and in and traffic Folks This Is It!! I highly Recommend Hot Springs RV Park!!

Good place to stay theres a bit of highway noise during the day and a ton of pine needles but I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. Its by far the easiest park iv had to back my 40ft rv into!
