I really liked this KOA. There are two different areas; one down a big hill and one at the top. The kids really enjoyed the pool, the staff was nice and the site were pretty good. Ours wasn't 100% level, but it wasn't a big deal. Our site was a bit tough to back into because of the narrow road and steep hill. If you aren't sure if you can make it, the staff knows exactly where to line up your rig to get you into the spot. When we come back to Hot Springs, we'll certainly stay here again.

My wife and I called this KOA the “KOA on a hill.” The restrooms were clean and the shower had great water pressure. I was tempted to try their breakfast but when I walked in the waitress was talking the ear off a polite elderly gentleman and I decided that I would make my family breakfast instead. Very nice maintained campground and is only about 10 minutes away from National Hot Springs. Would definitely stay again!

Park was easy to access, just outside of the city. We stayed in spot D23, it was shaded with trees but backed up to the entrance road.
Did not find out until arrival that pool was closed for repairs.
Fishing was great! Kids were able to catch and release all afternoon with the bait sold from the store.
Store was stocked with miscellaneous grocery items and souvenirs. Bathrooms were very clean. Trash service was picked up before cans ever got full.

We had a tent reservation and due to it being a really bad storm they upgraded us for a few bucks more to a cabin. The cabin was very nice had a TV, 2 recliners that were cozy a ac and a heater plus electric. Staff was extremely nice. I will definitely be going back.

Extremely hilly, the main showers by the store were still not fixed, which meant for a long hilly walk to bathrooms and showers. The family shower was nice a roomy and was available when we needed it. BRIAN helped us to our site and got us all backed in, we greatly appreciated that! The store was stocked and reasonable. Very busy park, did not allow for little kids under 8 to play safely on bikes or scooters, the back of the site was a cliff so no play on the site. Site size was large considering the hills. The dog park was a nice size, however the dog trash was not emptied for our entire stay (3 days). The play grou d was fun for the kids and the pool was refreshing during this heat wave! Grandpa's breakfast was definitely worth it. Greeted with a smile and served a delicious breakfast quickly. The pancakes are to die for! The 2 gentleman there were friendly and a breath of fresh air. Laundry facility was ok, the washer doesn't wash like the one at home, and the dryer took 2 rounds of quarters.

Pool is closed, they have an "arcade" that takes quarters, but there is not way to get quarters, the pond for fishing is a mud pit with a couple perch, and it was 100 so they kids couldnt play on the playground. They access to the hot springs and water fall is only by shuttle. You cannot hike there because it at a totally different campground. The staff was nice for the most part accept for one lady that got upset anytime I asked her a question.
The views are beautiful!!! I loved all the trees.

We stayed at this KOA while visiting Hot Springs National Park, which was awesome. Kids loved the pool and wifi. :) It was very close to everything with the National Park and even had an ice cream truck come through. :) We will definitely put this campground in our Hot Springs Episode coming soon. :)

This was my first time staying here and I'm in love!! The atmosphere was amazing, quite and beautiful. Cabins were very clean and the staff are super nice and helpful. Its 3/4ths of a mile from magic springs. They are also pet friendly and even have a small dog park on site.💜💛10/10 recommend!

Friendly place...loved the cabins for my non- camper family! Even though right off the hwy, it was quiet. Several pull through sites and very nice and clean restrooms and showers. A few good hills to drive/ pull up..but hey, you're near the Arkansas mountains. We stayed 3 days and no problems...wouldcome back again.

Laundry, clean showers, propane refill, full hookups, and the friendliest folks—what’s not to love?! They also have a pool, cottages, and beautiful property grounds but we spent most of our time at the national park, so didn’t explore them much. We will definitely be back if we’re in the area again.
