DO NOT USE IT! WARNING ⚠️ I have rented a car. Almost a month ago and the deposit I gave has not been deposited back into my account. Everything seems to work fine but unfortunately they have fail to return the deposit. They use other people's cars but then they said they depend on others people will to return the deposit.

Worst service ever. Website showed different price(cheaper) than total I have to pay. Feels like being scammed. If the price shown was a mistake, then supposedly owner/this service should be held accountable for that.One more thing, the price dealt between them and owner is not allign. The service asked me to pay for delivery fees but owner said delivery is foc. The car delivered to me also not as in the deal. Too bad I ady paid for the total price bfore they bring the car to me.

This site is a big scam. I couldn't travel to the destination in Italy and I notified at least a month before, the car rental company on this platform still charged me and I have yet to received the refund for 2-3 months now.

I recommend that you don’t use this company. Your hire agreement is with the owner, not the company. If the owner chooses not to return your deposit, or delay (5 months and waiting), the company will not help you to get your money back. You should be prepared to lose your deposit if you take the risk of going with this company. Very unfortunate situation, very disappointing.

The customer service is the best I've seen in the industry, but be careful with whom you rent the car from. They are not like a rent a car.

We spent few nice days in Dubai and they became unforgettable with rent-a-car service. The price was convenient, the car is clean, new and fresh. Especially we liked delivery service. We’ve got our car and gave back on our place of living. Very comfortable!!! Thank you guys and good luck!! See you next time!

We often go abroad and, as a rule, when you need to rent a car, we use the services of this service. They have an excellent selection of cars, reasonable conditions, reasonable prices, and excellent service. There were no problems with the design, they all do it quite quickly. It is convenient that in almost all countries they work and have their representative offices.

Support team very responsive. I rented a car in Phuket with delivery to my hotel. Prices are affordable, car delivered clean and fully working. Just after booking ask support about the precise price because owner doesn't update it often (the company itself connects you with the car owners in the area). In my case the price grew a bit but it was still cheaper than in case of other companies. Alex- rental menager, helped me to easily go through the whole process. Waiting for another car from your company tomorrow!

I really liked this company. I recently rented a car. There is a large fleet here, you can choose any car. Support is always timely, any problem is solved quickly. Quite an affordable price for everyone. The cars are in good condition, clean and beautiful.

Don’t use this company. The deposit is taken by the car owner, not rentacar, and the refund is given by the owner - or not. The car owner has gone silent and we have no way of getting our deposit back. Get rentacar will not step in to pay the deposit. Just go with a reputable company, don’t use get rentacar.
