Best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Georgia lock and door met my needs perfectly. They were on time and courteous. They worked around my schedule. Fireman owned and operated cannot ask for better. If you are looking for a lockmisth look no further. Cannot say enough about this company.

Best of the best! Ga lock and door were on time, gave us several options on the best way to replace 2 security doors on our property, and had it all done in a day. All the employees were very professional and polite. I can't express enough how happy we are with their work. Even made another copy of our keys for us. Highly recommend!

I called, Joshua quoted a price, came when he said he would, did exactly what he promised at the price he promised. He was very professional and saved me tons of money with the keys he made and programed. I am very pleased and will use him in the future when I purchase future keys.

I strongly recommend this business! I needed a new key fob programmed and called today and got service today.nI ordered a key fob online (amazonud83dudc4e) and want others to be sure if you do the same, you don't get a cheap one and get one with a motherboard and not just the shell!nas you know...you get what you pay for so there was this a slight hiccup in regards to the quality of the key fob I gotnBut Josh did his best to make the situation right even when he didn't have to....now if that's not great customer service I don't know what is!!!nWe will definitely be repeat customers as well as referring this business to all family and friends! Thanks for being quick and honest!!

I had purchased a new key fob from a 3rd party that wasn't working. Josh came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and even contacted the vendor. He took it upon himself to get the correct part from the vendor THAT DAY and came back to complete the job. Very professional and courteous. Very satisfied with my service and would absolutely use him again.
