Edible Arrangements

Very disappointing experience this time from Edible arrangements. I always purchase from you all for holidays and birthdays but this time the surprise for my husband’s Father’s Day gift was ruined. Employee called the day before Father’s Day notifying my husband there is a delivery for him. Only one attempt was made to reach me (the purchasing customer) about an issue with delivery. I’m very upset they did not atleast wait until the day of Father’s Day to notify my husband that I made this purchase for him. I made sure to include in my purchase that it was for Father’s Day. What was the most upsetting is that when I called to get an understanding about what happened, the employee was rude, cut me off multiple times, and made excuses for her actions. No apologies were given, and I was told they are too busy to wait until Father’s to make the phone call. I paid for a service and if you’re too busy to complete such service professionally, please make me aware before taking my money. I asked for a manager and she refused to let me speak to one.

Came to pick up my order for Valentines Day... the order was supposed to be ready at 1000hrs, it’s now 1138hrs and it’s still not ready... I will update the review as soon as I get more info. Update* my order was complete at 1157hrs. Things look good. I will repost when I get home and open it up. Update 2* the fruit was in great condition and very tasty. Recommendation: This location should look at their staffing numbers and capability better for such a busy day like Valentines Day. There was several people that were told their order wasn’t ready. Most orders were 1-2 hours late.

Picked up a very nice arrangements...was originally scheduled to be ready at 9am, but had to wait at the until after 12pm to leave with the item. However mission was accomplished. #HappyVals

I will give them one start because there isn’t anything lower than that. I will never recommend this place to anyone, the service is awful. I ordered an arrangement for our anniversary and specifically asked to be delivered in the morning because we had our day fully planned. Not only didn’t they deliver the arrangement but wouldn’t refund our money. I asked to be called if the delivery was delayed and had to call twice to track down the driver, all while waiting to continue with our plans. The first time I called I was told the driver left at 10:18 (by now it was 11:48 already) and that “he should be there in a few minutes “. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and then I was told that the driver returned back to the shop with the arrangement and then they asked me if I wanted delivered. Seriously? I spent all my morning waiting for this, had to canceled morning reservations, and you ask me if I want the arrangement delivered? Not how I planned on spending my 24th anniversary. Stay away from this place...avoid the headache. If after this you still spend your money here, well don’t say we didn’t tell you so!

They did an excellent job with the delivery for my hubby's birthday!! The strawberries were delicious and sweet. Great service!!

I received a mothers day Fruit Bouquet. The fruit was hard and tastless and look like it had been frozen. My daughter brought it for me and I dont have the heart to tell her she waisted money. Very disappointed.

Worse Mothers Day fiasco ever really poor attention to what they are doing.

Ordering took about 15 minutes over the phone with a girl who clearly had little experience and didn't know what she was doing. I ordered same day delivery and the driver had to call me twice to get the correct information. The order actually didn't end up getting to the recipient until the following day.

I just had my grandmothers birthday mini box and chocolate covered strawberries delivered for her birthday and they are so good. Thank you edible arrangements ☺.

Placed an order to be delivered to my husband at 9AM, didn’t get there until a little after 3PM (which was fine not a huge deal) but the presentation was a disaster. Looked as if it was tossed around in the back of the delivery van. Disappointed
