Extremely unhappy with today’s purchase, ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and bacon, a jelly donut and a pineapple mango refresher, here’s what I got a bagel , some butter packets. A stale donut no bacon or cream cheese and my drink needless to say this was their second chance I’m done no matter what the customer orders it should be granted even if you personally wouldn’t do it that way.

I normally say that this location it has bad customer service But today Miss Deja changed my mind completely! Her customer service skills are above bar! Thank you for the Great experience

This Location has the worst service. If there is 5 cars on the drive- thru you will be waiting on line about 30 minutes makes absolutely no sense. Terrible management.

Wow. (Basking Robins) We had to walk out of the store. Went in with no customers. There were two employees one doing nothing behind the counter and the other cleaning the tables. The one behind the counter did not move at all. After five minutes the one cleaning the tables left came and without washing her hands asked us what we wanted. They had only seven flavors and not identified at all. Do not go to that place.

They are usually so good. But this morning on 03/25/2022, I was the only one in line and my hash browns were burnt and nasty. My small iced coffee with sugar was the worst thing I had ever tasted. COME ON DUNCAN!!!

Stopped in today around 11:30 sign said open.walked up to door and it was locked..could see employees inside working...no sign saying why doors were locked.Left but saw car at drive thru..wanted to pick up a dozen donuts

I wish I could give one star, how are you open at 5 am and I walk in the door at 715 only to get told :we not doing food right now! Wow and there’s no respect either, just totally horrible, will never return!

The crullers we bought were old. And the vanilla cream dpowdered doughnuts tasted like they were made with lard. First time here. Not sure we'll second chance.

Decided I would give them a try after a year. After waiting a few minutes she finally comes over the speaker and takes my order. It's 745 and they apparently don't cook any food until 8 am. I DEFINITELY would've gone to Starbucks and spent the extra money to actually get what I want.
A year ago I gave a 5 star rating, but here lately my order is N E V E R ready when I place an order through the app.
The app is amazing! Order and pick your stuff right up, no waiting!

Had a pretty long wait inside. Not sure when they started using regular sugar instead of the syrup but my first taste I sucked up a straw full of gritty sugar. However the staff was nice and the restrooms were clean.
