Duck In Car Wash

Will never use this place again. You pay $20-$30 for a service and it is never done right. Got just an exterior wash, and my car wasn't even wiped down all the way, and it was supposed to get a tire shine as well and wasn't even done. Also, had 2 vape pens in my car, one in the side door on the driver's side and small one in the center console area. Both stolen. Was on my way home when I realized they were both gone, called the place and talked to a lady. She got my number and never got a call back. I realize they have a sign up there that their not responsible for anything stolen, but it shouldn't happen. That will be the last time this business will take money from me. Hope everyone else follows. Mediocre service at best, and employees steal. Watch your belongings in this place.

The new manager Anita is AMAZING to say the least. She is super nice and if there is an issue she is right there to help you out and correct it. I've been here before and wasn't pleased but ever since she took over they have actually been open on time, everyday and everyone seems overall happier and friendlier. Will definitely be back because of her and how she's running the place.

This is the second time I used this car wash and it once again was very disappointing. I paid for The Works and it was anything but the works. They don't fully dry the car so it has water spots, they didn't clean the inside of the door, and their were also some spots on the inside of the door that could of easily been cleaned with a rag. I guess I'll be making the trip down to the beach or up to Dover. I'd love to support local business but I'd also like a good quality carwash.

I haven't been here in years because my car was never cleaned well. I had heard from several people that they are better after new management so I tried again. I paid for their "The Works" package. This is what I was left with. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and it's not even worth trying again.

Absolute waste of money. "Premium Full Service" was anything but. Its as though they didn't even try to vacuum anything.

I purchased "The works" which was their highest option for $29 and included interior and exterior services. The exterior was fine. The interior was still very dirty. From the floor, to the cup holders, to the windows. Everyone working there seemed very disinterested in work and it really shows in the quality of their work. I would not recommend purchasing any interior services.

Took my car there twice, both times my car left still dirty inside. Even after they gave me a free wash because of the bad experience. I litterly picked up a towel and started cleaning my car myself, and noone cared. I paid for the works and got lazy... never again.

This place is trash! The service is terrible. If you’re a busy mom with messy kids don’t go here! This man went under my seats to find a bunch of 🍟 I didn’t know my daughter who is autistic was storing under there. Usually if it’s not obvious something is trash and u missed it they just vacuum around it! Mind you I did take the visible trash out prior to turning the car over for washing!

This place is the worst! You pay for the best service and don’t even get vacumed, pre wash with doors open an smoking, interior all wet. The cashier eating while talking to her friends while I’m waiting 5 mins to pay…. Interior not wiped down the greatest all the floor mats sopping wet… scratches all over on a brand new car.. find another car wash don’t waste your money. Never will use again!!

I paid for The Works which included bug removal among other things. When I got home, I had to finish removing the bird droppings on the side of the car, wash a sticky spot on the console, and the whole front of the car is still covered in bugs! Not pleased at all and will not be going back.
