Staff could be more friendly. They act like you are bothering them if you need help. Ordered a pair of sneakers and was told I would get a call when they came in. I forgot all about ordering them and of course never got a call. When I remembered a month later, I call get put on hold and then they have the sneakers but had trouble finding them becuase they were put in the wrong place in the store. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could it would be none.

I brought sneakers on 11/25/17 and I called before I came in today and spoke to an employee named MAKIA, or however you spell her name. She told me the return policy is 30 days. So I came in today 12/16/17 to return the sneakers I brought, with the receipt in the box and unworn, and the AM told me their return policy is 10 days. I explained that I called before I came and spoke to Makia and she told me it was 30 days. It’s a real convenience that I had to come here to be told that, but they still should of returned them because their employee is giving out false info. The AM was nice about the situation and asked if I wanted to exchange It, I told her no if I wanted to exchange them I would of came in from the jump to do that. They have poor customer service and I won’t be back in there since they can’t accommodate their customers because their untrained employees want to give out false info.

I went to get shoes for my daughter. There was 1 floor person and a manager. The floor person was swamped and the manager only stood there and talked to her friends that came in. Then after waiting 40 minutes to get the shoes the floor lady tried to rush me to make sure they fit and go pay. Very rude and unprofessional but its to be expected from this establishment giving the people they hire

They had some really great deals on shoes. I found a pair of Nike Air Max's at half price here! The staff was very helpful and friendly too!

Not good. Just got a call from the fraud protection agency that works for my bank and someone stole my debit card numbers and used there today for $306.00 purchase. Please check IDs when taking someones card for payment.

There was five people standing around not doing nothing and one person helping about ten customers. Need to fired everyone of them except from the Male employee.

The staff is very lackadaisical... no one greeted me I had to find someone to help me and as soon as he answered my question he walked away and continued to talk to his friends. The store has poor customer service.

Some shoes are expensive. The staff is okay. It's usually crowded in here on any given day.
