Love this place. Staff are the most friendly people. The place is secluded, back in the woods, not baking in the sun. Plenty of amenities and close to everything.

Great place to camp. This campground is very clean. The staff and campers are friendly. This is not a party atmosphere! Very family friendly. There is a nice kids playground and occasional activities for all. Not far from the beaches. And reasonably priced. We always enjoy our time at Deep Branch!

Excellent experience all around! Nice staff, quiet location close enough to everything. Will return.

Nice family friendly campground. Friendly neighbors in permanent spot next to us were great. Rates are perfect. Only reasons I would not give a 5 are the flies are horrible and unfortunately, there is a chicken slaughtering company next door and the smell is pretty rough. Really a perfect beach campground other than that.

Close to the beach and Prime Hook. Nice, simple camping with clean facilities. The people are very friendly and welcoming. But there is a strong smell of decomposing animals coming from the chicken farm next door at the western end. Smell seems to be everywhere but less so at the eastern end of the camp (depending on wind). It's bad now in May, can only imagine it gets worse as it gets hotter. Probably would not stay here again for that reason alone.

We had a nice last minute overnight here. The price is great. The pool was nice but there's a slight shock when you touch the concrete. It's enough that I won't swim again. The game room has two pinball machines! 10 minutes to a beach. Check out Miltonian Pizza and Wings.

The cabin was very nice. The next morning the smell of rotten sewer was extremely bad! I have a very strong stomach but I couldn't take it and had to leave. The owner claimed there was a chicken house close by. Sorry but that did not smell like any chicken house or slaughtering plant. I believe they may have a crack in there holding tank. It is totally disgusting! Owners are very sweet people and could have a profitable business if the smell would go away.

Seems like this could have been a nice family place to stay but I'll never know. Sent an inquiry for a cabin rental via their website, received one reply regarding date availability. I replied right away to reserve for the date suggested and have never heard back from owners/manager(?). Tried to call, got voice mail and left a message, but no reply. Tried to reach this place again after 6 days and still no reply from them. This place is off of our list permanently. Already found another great place to stay with great communication!

If you can get past the smell it's not a bad place when you're on a budget. Cabins were cute. Smell was down right gnarly when it was a particularly hot day but whatever. Thought it may be close to a landfill but heard it was smells from a chicken slaughtering place so who's to say. Could potentially be back though, not a deal breaker. Within 9 miles of rehoboth beach and about an hour from ocean city.
