I’ve been coming to CVS for years and my mother also gets her prescriptions from this pharmacy as well. Staff is so rude even in person. You have one clerk running the register with other staff behind the counter that can take customers as well. That’s why there is two registers for a reason. I tell the young women my information and my medication was in a whole different area besides alphabetical order like other pharmacies are organized. I tell her no receipt and she goes “oops here it is anyway” highly unacceptable. I work in healthcare and I used to work in retail I do not treat my patients and or customers with disrespect. Respect is earned. There’s an issue with my one medication and I am trying to understand why and the pharmacist goes or whom ever I spoken with goes “call you in an hour thanks”. How rude and disrespectful is that. Thanks to your staff I am searching another pharmacy and going to a pharmacy that treats their customers better and with respect. Hire new staff that loves there job and puts customers or patients first.

I went inside the store to pick up my prescription, there was a line wrapped around the store to pick up medication. Everyone there was in a bad mood. So I left and I saw no one was in the drive up, so I went in the lane . I waited 5 minutes no one said a word. I hit the call button and nothing. Stood up and looked inside and waved , this woman finally picked up the phone, it was niether polite nor profession. She screamed the drive up is closed, I was like you couldn't say that sooner. Mean while I sitting in the drive up, calling no one pick up the phone not even to acknowledge me. If I could I would give no stars.

I’m happy so far with this CVS pharmacy. They have excellent hours as opposed to Walgreens, who is barely open and closed on weekends. (I’m only using Walgreens photo printing services now.) I’ve had no problems with CVS pharmacy staff. No real long lines. The CVS Caremark App is great. So far, so good.

Sooooo slow. Always a line wrapped through the store....drive through may or may not be open. Never any indication until you get there. It's bad. There's too many other options in this area to not provide adequate service. Do better CVS.

These are incorrect hours and it’s worse that the business verified them. It’s literally 9:30 store isn’t supposed to close til 10:00 but I’m standing at the door looking at a sign that says they close everyday at 8:00. I don’t think it’s fair having wrong business hours when I walked there in the heat!

The worst experience ever. Will never go back. 2 days ago received a text that my scripts were ready, arrived today at 1:48 and pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1pm until 2. So I waited and was first in line (6 people behind me waiting as well. ) when I asked for my scripts I was informed there was nothing scheduled to be filled and to go to another line (drop off) for further assistance to only be told that they didn't have my meds in stock and they would have to order. So from 1:48 until 2:30 with nothing in hand. Not the first time either.

I never leave reviews, but this CVS and CVS PHARMACY is by far the worst anyone can ever go to. I have never ever in my life waited 30 min. for them to take my credit card and insurance card then tell me to go around and wait behind another car. Me as a non confrontational person I am, I did it. I don't blame them. I blame corporate!!! As many bad reviews that have been left they should have already been down here to make adjustments or get the help they need !!!!!

Jiare Ross has amazing customer service. This cashier was helpful, attentive, polite, and made my day! I usually don't do reviews but he was excellent. I'm going to come back just because of his customer service.

I went to refill an expensive seizure medication and the woman said my insurance wasn’t accepted (even tho the other 3 times it was) She legitimately told me that unless I had $1,000 I should just ‘stay at home’. A pharmacist, who knows just what happens when someone doesn’t get their medications, told a customer to stay at home and die. I asked for a manager to call back to talk to me to address this and no one called. Two days ago I called my local CVS to pick it up from but alas, I cannot. It seems to be tied up in the Severn CVS. I could pick it up at my local one but Severn won’t even give the time of day to release the hold and let my cvs pick it up and fill it for me. So now I am forced to drive an hour to where I used to live just to get the medications I need to not plunge me into another seizure. I would let this store drown in its own misery and self hatred if I could.

Long time customer, first time complainant. When did customer service go so far in the negative? First off, does anyone have any push to be positive? Work ethic here is declining. No one answers the phone anymore and when they do they are dismissive in tone. Today a pharmacy tech (female) even hung up on me while I was still taking to her and in fact I was thanking her for speaking to the pharmacist for me. That’s another thing, at Walgreens or any other pharmacy when I’ve asked to speak to a pharmacist a pharmacist came on the phone but not here instead they relay their information through their techs. I realize it is hard to find good help today but this is the problem with society they want computers to handle everything and no one knows how to deal with anybody one on one on a personal basis anymore it said
