I ordered a beautiful WHITE Peace Lily for a friend whose father passed away recently. My friend is Hindu and white flowers are the appropriate flower culturally. However the plant that was actually sent had YELLOW flowers. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was asked what I wanted done about this. Without any resolution, she said she would call back. I have yet to receive a return call. So i guess I’m out the $100 and have disrespected my precious friend. I will never use them again!nnUPDATE: I received an email and follow up call regarding my dissatisfaction with the plant sent out to my friend and her family. The call came from Marcella who was so very nice and apologetic for the mistake and said she would get the plant I actually ordered and paid for sent out this morning. That speaks VOLUMES about the type of business they are running and the character they have. I not only will use them again I will recommend them to everyone in need of their service.
