I tried to have my watch battery replaced here. When I came to collect the watch, all six arms had been dislodged (most likely at during their attempt at battery replacement.). They went on to claim that they would never replace a battery on a broken watch but would be happy to outsource its repair to their jeweler for a fee. When I went to another jeweler, I was told that its common to dislodge the hands while trying to place a battery. Would never go to them again because of both incompetence and dishonest business practices.

1 star is too much for this place!! Please do not spend your money in this place because you will definitely regret it!!nOn black Friday my husband purchased me a ring from here within 4-5 days 3 diamonds had fallen out! We took it back and he the manager tried to make it seem as if it was our fault but tried to rectify the issue. But before then he overcharged us for the ring!nSo we allow him to fix it which cost us more money to put stones back in and we picked it up on 12/4/2018 the ring seemed to be perfect but by the evening after washing dishes a stone had fallen out again!!! So we take it back around 8pm that night and of course the manager tells us more lies but allows us to upgrade the ring and here it is today 12/5/2018 and I get to work only to see that two more stones have fallen out!!!! I'm not going back to hear their lies anymore but PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!!
